Works awesome!
This thing is awesome. Charges quick and easy to transport. Weights roughly 30lbs so it not crazy heavy. Battery worked with my fridge cooler for about 3 days. Display is clear and easy to read. Compact for the size.

DJI Power 1000 Review: The Ultimate Power Hub for Creators
As a filmmaker and photographer who spends as much time in the field as in the studio, a reliable power source isn't just a convenienceโit's a necessity. I've been through my share of portable power stations, and when DJI, a brand synonymous with professional-grade gear, announced the Power 1000, I was intrigued. After several months of use on everything from remote shoots to camping trips, I can confidently say this isn't just another power station; it's a game-changer designed with the modern creator in mind. First Impressions: Built Like a Tank, Designed with Purpose Unboxing the DJI Power 1000 feels like unboxing a piece of professional equipment. It has a substantial, rugged feel without being overly heavy (it's 13.2 lbs / 6 kg). The design is classic DJI: sleek, minimalist, and finished in a dark, utilitarian grey. The carry handle is robust and ergonomic, making it surprisingly portable for its 1024Wh capacity. Everything from the responsive touchscreen to the satisfying click of the ports communicates quality. The Core Experience: Power and Performance This is where the DJI Power 1000 truly shines. ยท Blazing-Fast Charging: The headline feature is the 1000W AC input. Using the included adapter, I can fully recharge this unit from 0% to 100% in just 70 minutes. This is a monumental leap over competitors that can take 6-8 hours. For back-to-back shooting days, this feature alone is worth the price of admission. ยท Massive 1024Wh Capacity: In practical terms, this capacity is incredibly generous. On a single charge, I've been able to: ยท Recharge a DJI Mini 4 Pro (battery plus hub) over 15 times. ยท Power a 100W video light for nearly 8 hours. ยท Run a MacBook Pro 16" for a full workday and then some. ยท Keep a DJI RS 3 Pro gimbal, monitor, and camera powered simultaneously on set. ยท Pure Sine Wave AC Outputs: With two 2200W (surge 4400W) AC outlets, it can handle demanding professional equipment like powerful lights, small soldering irons, or even a coffee maker without breaking a sweat. The pure sine wave ensures sensitive electronics like cameras and computers are safe. ยท Versatile Port Selection: It has every port you could need: ยท 2x USB-C (140W Max): Perfect for fast-charging modern laptops like MacBook Pros. ยท 2x USB-A (18W): For older accessories, LED panels, or phone trickle-charging. ยท 2x DC5521 (100W Max): Useful for specialized gear or older portable monitors. ยท Car Port: Standard for 12V devices. Standout Features for Creators ยท UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) Function: This is a professional-grade feature. In "UPS Mode," the Power 1000 can switch to battery power in milliseconds during a blackout. I use it to protect my editing workstation, ensuring no lost work during a power flicker. It's also perfect for live-streaming setups. ยท DJI Power Station App: The companion app allows you to monitor battery levels, control outputs, and update firmware right from your phone. Itโs simple, intuitive, and very DJI. Real-World Use Cases: 1. On-Location Video Shoot: We powered two LED panels, a laptop for dailies, and kept all our camera and gimbal batteries charging. It was the silent, fume-free heart of our operation, replacing a noisy gas generator. 2. Weekend Camping Trip: It effortlessly powered a mini-fridge, strung up some fairy lights, and kept all our devices charged. The peace and quiet were a welcome contrast to a generator. 3. Home Backup: During a brief power outage, it kept our Wi-Fi router, a lamp, and a phone charged, making a potentially frustrating situation a non-event. The Pros: ยท Incredibly Fast Recharge Time: The 70-minute full charge is industry-leading. ยท High-Wattage AC Outputs: Handles powerful professional equipment with ease. ยท Robust Build Quality: Feels like it can withstand the rigors of travel. ยท Crucial UPS Function: A must-have for critical power applications. ยท Excellent 140W USB-C PD: Future-proofs it for high-power laptops and devices. The Cons: ยท Premium Price Point: This is a high-end product with a price to match. It's an investment. ยท Weight: At 13.2 lbs, it's portable, but you feel its heft. It's not something you'd casually toss into a backpack for a long hike. ยท No Wireless Charging: A minor nitpick, but given the premium nature, a Qi wireless charging pad on top would have been the cherry on top. Final Verdict: The DJI Power 1000 isn't trying to be everything to everyone. Itโs a precision tool engineered for users who demand reliability, speed, and clean power for their professional and passion gear. Who is this for? ยท Photographers & Videographers on location. ยท Content Creators & Live-Streamers needing a reliable UPS. ยท Outdoor Enthusiasts who camp with electric coolers or other appliances. ยท Tech-Savvy Home Users looking for a premium backup power solution. Who might skip it? ยท Those on a tight budget or who only need occasional power for small devices. ยท Backpackers who need ultralight gear (look at smaller power banks). The Bottom Line: The DJI Power 1000 justifies its price with unparalleled recharge speed, robust power delivery, and professional features like the UPS function. It has seamlessly integrated into my workflow and outdoor life, eliminating "power anxiety" for good. If your livelihood or passion depends on reliable electricity away from an outlet, this is the power station to buy. It earns its five-star rating.

Cool product with portability, high power, and a fast charging speed
Recently I bought the DJI Power 1000 Portable Power Station. I think it totally exceeded my expectations especially during the road trips. 2200W Output Power: one of the most outstanding features of Power 1000 is the 2200W output. It can handle almost all my devices like coffee machine, kettle, freezer and so on. My wife and I always spend our holidays RVing. In the evening we can use the car refrigerator, camping light, and charge phones as well as OP 3 at the same time, and it still has power left in the morning. Its 1024Wh battery capacity can keep my appliances charged for longer. I can keep refrigerator running for nearly 20 hours, which is totally enough for a camping in the weekend. Recharge quickly and easily: Recharging Power 1000 is very easy. I always charge it with grid power at home when I packed up my bags. It can be fully recharged in just about 1 hour. Quiet: We used to get problems with the noise of other power stations. When other generators power some high-watt appliances, they are very noisy and would disturb our sleep especially when we spend the night in the RV. But this one is much quieter. When it works, I can hardly hear its noise. Although it might not an important feature for all people, I think it would be attractive to all RV and camping enthusiasts. To my surprise, with all these amazing features, it's quite light and portable. Overall, it's a great purchase.

So far so good, my garage freezer works well. No built in connectivity.
Update 020625 My issue was resolved, freezer works again as expected. Update 011725 It is stopped working this week and cut off power to our freezer. It shows Err 30,31,32,33,37,62 , beeps none stop. I contacted tech DJI support and uploaded logs to them, took a few hours to download the log from DJI 1000 over type-C. So far I've waited for DJI tech to come back to me, while DJI 1000 is unusable. I'll update as I have anything. This is sturdy built power station. My primary use case is for garage freezer to keep it running while any power outages. This DJI 1000 has UPS feature that also has 2 modes, auto shut-off power upon 30 min idle and constant power. For my Use Case I set the continues power, as my freezer idles 2H-3H and runs 2H-3H cycles. This power station has enough max surge power 2200W peak to accommodate freezer compressor start, while other UPS and other power station just shutdown from overload at freezer start time. It has no issue to power large home refrigerator as well. So, I'm ready for an power outage. Yes, its larger and heavier vs Jackery 1000 v2, but I don't need to move it, so isn't issue for me. It has good pure sine wave based on my Oscilloscope readings. My main cons is about missing built-in BT / WiFi connectivity, so you have to order extra $25 dongle for it, and no USB connectivity to PC for auto shutdown as result 1 star off.

Investment on my future power bills
I have been investing in power banks, so I know what works for me. I did buy one of these power banks a year ago, I love it. Quiet while charging, only takes 45min to 1 hour to charge. I use it to watch my TV during power outages, and during smud mid peak and high peak power rates. I charge overnight to pay the least amount of money for my electricity. It's an investment. No I will not get my money back very soon, but using it this way my bill on electricity will be cheaper. And I don't know when power bank prices will rise. Right now it's at great price. So I now will have 3 of this size power banks to give me 24 hours of continuous power.

Customer Service is terrible if you happen to get a bad unit.
To support my business I purchased two DJI Powerstation 1000s within a couple of weeks of each other in November of 2024 so I would be able to fly more searches on the road. The first one purchased worked great. Loved it and it is still working great. The second one, not so great. I still don't know what is wrong with it but it is unreliable. I would commit to doing a search knowing I had this battery left to charge the M30T batteries and then in front of the client, the battery would not turn on or would just turn off. I started the process of what I would have hoped would have led to a new battery to replace this bad one or at least a fix. In August of 2025, I first contacted DJI support. I described the problem and they asked me to do a firmware update, which I did. The problem existed. They claimed I was using it incorrectly, yet I was using all of the same charging and handling procedures as the other unit which continued to run great (and still does to this date.) Finally in early September, they sent me a box to ship it back to their repair center in California. They received the unit from me on September 10th. On September 16th, they sent me a note that the unit was found to be fine and they were sending it back. I immediately replied saying it was not fine and they asked me some questions about what was wrong. On OCTOBER 21st they told me that they did more testing and still found nothing wrong. I asked them to send it back to me and they asked for a video if it happened again. On October 22nd, I received confirmation that they were sending it back and I received a tracking number. On October 28th, I received an email from FedEx saying that the expected delivery would be on the 28th (though I received it on the 29th), and I also received an email from DJI saying "Our warehouse has been instructed to expedite the return of your item, and you will receive a tracking number shortly to monitor its progress." It is clear that their repair system is poorly organized. Anyway, I was able to turn the battery on and it seemed to be working properly. I charged it to 100% and brought it with me on November 1st. When I got to my second call of the night, I tried to turn it on.... Yep, it shut down. When I tried to turn it back on, I received 3 short beeps all the same tone. I contacted DJI that evening (actually early, early on 11/2) with videos of the screen when I would try to turn it on. They sent me back a number of things to try including the original, update the firmware. None of these worked. I obviously had a lemon but I was in my busiest month and needed a second unit to charge. Their response.... "Since your device is within warranty, for this issue, please do not worry, we suggest you could send the device in for further inspection." Are you kidding me? Later that same day I received a survey for my first time sending it in. I then did not hear back from DJI so I sent another email on November 5th. On the 6th I received an email from DJI saying that since my repair was finished (what repair?), they were asking me to fill out a survey. On November 10th, they finally sent me a shipping label to send it back which I did later that morning. On November 12th, I received an email saying: "we have noticed that there is no feedback from your end in the past 2 days. Therefore, we have triggered this email to confirm if your requests have been resolved." What?!? On the 13th they emailed and showed me that the unit had not yet been received by DJI from UPS. They showed the UPS tracking that it had made its way to California but was not out for delivery to their warehouse yet. To this date, they still have not confirmed receipt and sent me emails on 11/13 and 11/16 that it was still pending. I asked that this be sent to a manager and inquired about compensation due to the loss of jobs I have incurred. The manager sent me this: "We have reviewed the relevant communication records and noticed that a replacement DJI Power 1000 has already been shipped to you. Unfortunately, there are some unexpected issues with the package at the moment, which we understand must have caused you inconvenience." I have not had any confirmation that the unit arrived at their center and when I check the UPS tracking, it still says that it has not gotten there. I have had no confirmation that a new unit has been shipped to me. Are you kidding me DJI?!?!? I have 6 different case numbers for this one unit. They are confused and cannot understand their own system. I am frustrated beyond belief about their customer service and communication with their customers. And you cannot call anyone for help with the Power 1000. They only allow chats and then they call you if they feel about it.

A Perfect Portable Power Solution - Fast, Durable, and Powerful!
I am incredibly impressed with the DJI Power 1000 V2. This power station has become an essential piece of gear for my outdoor adventures and home backup needs. First off, the shipping was lightning fast. I ordered it and it arrived in just two days, which was a fantastic start. As for the product itself, it has exceeded my expectations. The build quality is outstanding. It feels solid and durable in hand, exactly what you'd expect from a brand like DJI. It's clear it can handle being tossed in the car or taken on a camping trip without any issues. Performance is where it really shines. I've used it to power my mini-fridge during a brief outage, charge my drone batteries multiple times in the field, and even run a small projector for a backyard movie night. The power output is clean and stable, and the battery life is excellent. It held a charge for weeks when I wasn't using it, which is a huge plus. The screen is intuitive and provides all the necessary information at a glance. The ports are well-placed and cover all the basics. In short, if you're looking for a reliable, well-built, and high-performing portable power station, the DJI Power 1000 V2 is an excellent choice. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

great quietest power station with lack of standard function out of the box
Pro: 1) very quiet. Among this 1kWh power stations, most of them are very loud when fan is running. some of other power banks have even fan running when trickle charging. This only runs fan on fast charging(1200W) with AC power or high AC output like more than 1000W. 2) usable wattage is 2200W, which is pretty high. other competitors have only 1500W~1800W max. 3) lightweight. only about 30lb. 4) if you have DJI product like drones, the exclusive SDC port is good to use. Con: 1) smaller capacity than other competitors. Others have about 1500Wh but this only has 1024Wh. but it is light weight because of this smaller battery. 2) lack of basic functions. need to purchase all other accessories of needed. basically, for output, it only has 110V AC and USB (A and C). for input, it only has 110V AC. all other input/output or functions, it works via SDC port which is DJI own. need smart function with cellphone app? need to purchase WiFi dongle. need charging from solar panel? need to purchase SDC to XT60 solar adapter. need charging from car 12V? need to purchase SDC to cigar adapter. need 12V-DC cigar output? need to purchase cigar female adapter. need charging from USB-C? need to purchase SDC to XT60 solar adapter and XT60-usb c adapter(3rd party). Other than that, this is very nice quiet power station. The standby power consumption for DCAC converter is about 24W. 100% to 0% without any usage but just turning on AC lasts about 43 hours.

Super Silent. I mean completely quiet.
Have used it 3 times already. Last 9 hours with last use. Better than Bluetti. Best part. Completely silent. My fridge hums louder than this piece of kit. Silent and fast charging.
