Beautiful!
My daughter wore this on literary character day at school (The Incorrigible Children of Ashton Place) because it was the best example I could find of a Victorian dress. I'm blown away by the quality and she got tons of compliments! The fit is true to size or maybe a tiny bit big. Will keep for future school events and pass down to friends.

Authentic Historical Costume.
LOTS of complements. Everyone was amazed at the quality of the item! We even found a picture showing Helen Keller wearing a similar dress!! My granddaughter did a report and presentation on Helen Keller, then the 3rd to 5th graders did a "wax" museum where people pressed a button and they gave a little speech on the character. Even a little kindergarten boy looked at her and said your dress is really cute!

Perfect costume for for kids to wear for late 1800's, perfectly suited for a Helen Keller costume!
My student gave a speech about Helen Keller in this costume and she perfectly looked the part! It brought her character and speech to life and she was very proud to wear it! NOTE: We had to make an exchange for one size up. It runs a little small in the chest.

Great quality costume
This is a very well made costume. Very pretty and true to size. I ordered a size medium for my 9 year old and it fit perfectly. The only complaint and the reason for the 4 ⭐️ is that my daughter complained that she felt like the collar was choking her. It wasn’t tight but she just couldn’t stand how it felt and she out right refused to wear it after trying it on. Unfortunately I returned it.
