It has more protein than other brands, 24 grams per serving which is pretty decent. The ingredients are clean and nutritious. It is an ideal for breakfast and it keeps me full for longer period. It's very easy to make, if you want you can add extra nuts and fruits. Definitely value for money!

I have been using this for 1 year now. To be really honest the oats were the best at the beginning but after the item got sales these guys lowered the quality. Now this oats is the worst in the market. The taste and quality is different from before. DON'T BUY THIS.
