The B-12 drops have a very pleasant taste. Have not been using long enough to experience the benefits yet.

I have a deficiency and this really helps - I feel a lot less tired when I take a dropper full (and sometimes more because it's kind of yummy). I feel a difference if I have taken all my other supplements and forget these drops. If I have a lull in my afternoon I'll take a little more... It doesn't upset my stomach - I've only noticed that with b in pill form but this one doesn't do that. I'm very sensitive to things tasting fake (I don't like stevia and have never enjoyed a diet soda), I hate cough syrup-y things, too - these drops have a nice simple thin texture that isn't cloying and doesn't linger too long. Ps if you forget it at home and have to buy one - the Whole Foods version of this is awful - it tastes terrible, it doesn't work, don't waste your money just get this one if they have it ...

The flavor is a very artificial-tasting cherry, and kind of strong. It tastes like concentrated cherry drink mix, though, not like cough syrup or anything. I can handle it. No burning flavor as you'd get with alcohol-based liquid. I don't like that the dropper has no indicators. Instead I have to count drops, and I'm not sure about the accuracy of that. It says that 1 dropper = 15 drops, but that depends on how full the bottle is, doesn't it? Assuming that the vitamin content is good, which I have no way of testing, this meets my needs well enough.

First of all the taste is amazing. I actually crave it because it tastes so good. Now the important part: I purchased this because I had been looking for something that helps with brain fog. especially in the morning for me. By chance I ordered this because I had read that b12 helps with brain fog. I have been using it for a couple months and for me for that part, it's been a game changer. No more fogginess in the morning. I feel energized and alert. I take 2-3 drops daily once a day and it's worked perfectly for me. No crashes or any side affects. I am very happy I finally found something that's worthy and beneficial. I plan to use this until I feel otherwise or the formula changes. For now this is a must as part of my daily regiment.
