First time my pup went through it she knocked it down ### ⭐⭐⭐ Doesn’t fit and flimsy design *by B***E on September 14, 2024* The installation was easy, but the door did not fit inside the frame without huge gaps. There is no locking feature once installed so you’ll need a security rod to keep the patio door “locked”. The aluminum was very flimsy and I could foresee it getting destroyed after a few months from either larger dogs or constant opening and closing of the sliding glass door. Although the price is affordable, you’re not getting a high quality dog door. Also, the return process is horrible. Usually you will get a refund within a few hours of a return if you choose Amazon balance, but this product has a 30 day wait after they receive the item before you will get your refund even to your Amazon balance. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this item especially since the refund process is so long if you decide to return the item. ### ⭐ Falls off of track *by R***9 on October 25, 2024* Very flimsy does not fit tracks of my patio door and there's no way to attach it. Keeps falling out. Unfortunately by the time I set it up my return window had passed! ## Frequently Bought Together - TIMOSS Dog Door for Sliding Glass Door, Patio Pet Door with Magnetic Closing Curtain,UV Resistant Screen,No-Cut Install, Great for Renters and Seasonal Inst，White-L - Petstages Cool Teething Stick for Dogs - Soothing Chew Toy for Teething Puppies - Freezable for Added Relief - Durable & Safe Dental Aid, Multicolor, One-Size - PetSafe Doggy Door for Sliding Glass Doors, Adjustable Height 75 7/8" to 81", No-Cut DIY Install, Aluminum Panel, Ideal for Renters, for Large Dogs Up to 130 lb, (White, Large-Tall) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/622115882-timoss-dog-door-for-sliding-glass-door-patio-pet-door](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/622115882-timoss-dog-door-for-sliding-glass-door-patio-pet-door) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
