This product is really healthy and good for my body. This product gives me strength after I have done my workout session. It also completes my needs in protein intake. The taste is also tasty and also helping me to gaining weight. Although, this product is so beneficial, I loved this product.

Regular oats is better
I personally didn’t like this. I ordered this on recommendation by YouTuber. By adding cocoa the taste has been compromised. I would suggest to have regular masala / plain oats add in that or take separately Soya chunks, almonds, anjeer, roasted pumpkin seeds.
