Pencil Sensory Necklace 3-Pack - Ocean Blue Chewelry

I really like this product. I have Aspergers, and I stress quite easily and clench my teeth pretty bad when I do. (So bad I've had to get a mouth guard for it because of the building of muscle on the top of my jaw.) I saw this when looking at stimming products, and thought about giving it a try. I figured 'I clench my teeth too much. Why not get something like this?' This style was quite nice. I liked it as it can look almost like your cosplaying or something. It doesn't look obviously like it is if you are looking for subtlety, but if you're not too worried about that, they have a variety of cool colors and shapes. It's got nice, bright colors. Quite flexible. The cord is quite long, so no worries about it fitting too small. It's nice and durable. I've already left quite the teeth marks in the first one, but that's how bad I clench when I'm stressed. It's flexible like I stated, so it's nice to bend if you don't want to chew or really need something to fidget with. (I bend it quickly when I want to fidget but I'm feeling a little too self-conscious about chewing in front of people.) All in all, a product that I figured that was probably me being silly and reaching turned into something that I'm really glad I bought. It's not a miracle worker, but it's definitely been great in working out the stress and tension I have built up in me. **update** So, apparently, I found a weak spot in it and broke one of the necklaces. I.e. I have very sharp canines and pierced through the rubber now. Best to not chew in the exact same spot for ages lest you, um, break your necklace. Otherwise, still good! It's good that it comes in threes.

I am extremely pleased and impressed with this set! I purchased these necklaces for myself as a stim toy to replace other harmful chewing I struggle with (I’m 38 years old). In addition to not showing any damage despite repeated, intense usage, it’s helping me cut down on inner-cheek, lip, and nail biting. The silicone itself has a really lovely sort of “give” to it, but it doesn’t retain any bite or teeth marks that I can see. The clasps work well- they do break away, but not so easily as to be a problem. The texture of the clasp and fabric of the necklace isn’t problematic, either- no rough edges or materials here at all. The actual pendant has just enough weight to it to be pleasant but not overwhelming. And it certainly helps that the colors are exactly what I was expecting! They matched the pictures perfectly. Seriously thank you guys for making such a high quality product, these are wonderful and I can’t wait to purchase others! Y’all are life (and lip!) savers!

I got these necklaces for my 10-year-old son, who’s very fidgety and constantly bites on the strings of his hoodie or jacket, leaving them soaked. He used to chew on anything he could get his hands on, and while he was a bit disappointed when he first received these necklaces, they've turned out to be really helpful. They help soothe and comfort him, which has made a big difference in managing his fidgeting habits. The only downside is that the design is a bit too big and noticeable for school, and I’m concerned his friends might make fun of him. So for now, these necklaces are strictly a "home" item. I really wish the company would come up with more discreet options for kids who face similar challenges—something that could easily blend in without drawing attention.

These cute crystal chews are perfect for helping set my Byte aligners! They start off pretty hard and dense but after a while of both soft and hard chewing they soften a bit to a nice bouncy chew. This is the 1st silicone chew I've found that continues to be chewy after several uses. The others I've tried tend to get too soft and become useless. This one isn't slippery like others I've tried, less risk of biting your cheeks or tongue. Also I love that it has a rope, it's come in pretty handy. The chew fits in my mouth pretty comfortably. They have zero odor or flavor & clean us super easily. I just put a little aligner foam on them and chew away. If I need more chews I'm going to buy these again, that's for sure.

they're great. the thickness is a little big but i loved using them. although... the picture is less than 48 hours after purchase. i dont know if im using it more than intended or if they're just bad quality, but I'll have to use my other two :/ hopefully they last longer? i might need to buy more

The three pack is nice. The yellow is better in person, it's actually a really nice color, sunshine-y. Me and my two friends all got one, and they've been liking them. One of my friends likes to chew a lot, and there are a few dents after about a month of use, but that's fine. I think it'll last a while. Tough material, doesn't taste bad, mine and the one I gave to my other friend have no marks or anything. I will say the necklace it's on is kinda annoying, if i want to put the whole thing in my mouth it tastes bad and I don't like that texture, so I'm stuck looking like an idiot. I don't use it in public because I'm self-consious, but my friend who's a heavy chewer wears it at school every day. I think it's helped her a lot.

Great for oral sensory but not for a heavy/hard chewer. My preteen has ASD, ADHD & epilepsy. Mostly he is a soft chewer & it’s not constant but sometimes he’s a heavy chewer. We found that the center is not quite solid on some of these (he has several) & when he’s in a heavy oral fixation he has chewed the end to breakage. Was able to fix for light usage by trimming the broken/ripped parts off so they won’t become a choking hazard but he likely will be able to bite through it again if he’s chewing heavily.

Well working clasp, accurate colors as shown. Holds up well. Please note that the actual size is shorter and bulkier than the image depicts. It is hard to chew, but doesn't hurt the teeth. Overall a bit overpriced, but worth it.

Too big for the mouth. The children don't like it and don't use it.

Ho un bimbo di 5 anni che metteva tutto in bocca e lo sgridavo... adesso può mettere in bocca solo questi e non lo sgrido più... molto utili anche nei momenti di nervosismo per rilassarsi, resistentissimi e facili da lavare. Super approvati!!

Very handy, cause it’s smaller than the usual one, so more suitable for children. Just overpriced considering that it’s way smaller, thus less material is needed for production

Ich habe die Kaukette für meine 5 jährige Tochter gekauft. Ohne ihr viel zu erklären, habe ich ihr gesagt „Jetzt hast du eine Kette zum kauen und musst nicht mehr deine Fingernägel oder Fußnägel nehmen“ und was soll ich sagen…ein paar Tage habe ich sie in Situationen des Fingernägelkauens daran erinnert und nun nach 3 Monaten macht sie die Kette alleine um. Ja, die drei Ketten haben nur ca. 3 Monate gehalten, dafür wachen jedoch die Nägel wieder und es sind keine Entzündungen mehr vorhanden. Das Material ist gut verarbeitet und der Sicherheitsverschluss ist super. Alles in allem haben die Ketten ihren Zweck zu 100% erfüllt.
