The Powerfly vest can be used to make almost any workout more effective, from walking the dog to martial arts training. The ergonomic design comfortably adds 5, 10, 15 or 20kg to your frame. The weights are granulated steel, distributed around the vest in secure bag pockets. Each bag can be removed or shifted, allowing you to build up or alter the weight in the vest. Secure, comfortable, durableAdjustable straps put you in charge of the fit, allowing you to tailor it to your own body and prevent the vest from shifting during a run or other vigorous activity. The vest is made from durable Nylon Oxford material, with internal padding to improve comfort. Long body straps make the vest feel more secure and provide a very adjustable fit without limiting movement or flexibility. Increase weight loss with no effortThe Powerfly vest is suitable for almost any activity, from squats and lunges to team sports - many activities use only body weight. Carrying around an extra 5, 10, 15 or 20kg during ordinary activities forces your body to work harder. In many cases, after a short acclimatisation period people no longer notice the extra weight. This makes the Powerfly weight vest an ideal choice for anyone looking to lose weight or improve fitness as part of their ordinary routine. I purchased this weight vest and WOW I could only manage reps of 6 chin ups and my arms were feeling it the next few days! The vest is seriously heavy, I was going to get the 10KG but went for 15 as you can remove weight and it's heavier than I had imagined. The only thing I would say is for running the vest does shift around a bit and the weight packs rub against the ribs, however at 15KG this is really only meant to be used for a 2-3 mile run I would imagine. Walking is great, I often strap it on whilst taking the dog out and in that situation it is comfortable and does not move or hurt.Totally recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Its fine, product is well made and its easy enough to put on and off *by C***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 September 2015* Its fine, product is well made and its easy enough to put on and off. The reason for not giving it four stars or more is that for me I found that its a bit "short" on the front side (am 6ft) so although comfortable to wear did feel like it was riding up a bit, but OK if walking etc. Nothing wrong with the product though and was at a fair price ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Impressed with the quality for the price. *by C***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 August 2014* Having looked at a number of weighted vests with comments about limiting range of motion and poor fit I opted for the Powerfly adjustable weight vest. This vest is easy to put on, comfortable to wear, fits as snug as you want it and does not shift around while exercising; though i have not used it running. I would recommend this vest for anyone wanting added weight for circuit training and body weight exercises. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/62205040-powerfly-unisexs-fitness-vest-for-weight-loss-running-training-gym](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/62205040-powerfly-unisexs-fitness-vest-for-weight-loss-running-training-gym) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
