What is the size of this napkin folded and unfolded?

In the description it says approximately 7.5 x 4.25-Inch folded. So unfolded it would be 7.5”x 8.5”

Would these work for rolling silverware?

The folded size is 6.5 x 6.5 inches. I think it would work with the tops of the silverware exposed if rolled on the diagonal. Does this help?

These look more white than ivory online - are they closer to stark white or a cream color?

I ordered the ivory napkins and they are definately an ivory cream color, NOT white at all !
