Hey m writing it after 3 weeks of consistent use of this product..in the first week you won't see any difference...I had a huge adapelene purge reaction and got closed comedones all over my temple and jaw area which was stubborn and not ready to leave...so searched a while and got it in my suggestion and decided to give it a try...it was literally very gentle with my skin...redness reduced, inflammation reduced and the best part is it works on closed comedones effectively although if you pair it with a salicylic base facewash it will work even better..so yes it's a go to product for me..will repurchase it definitely 😊my skin is not yet fully recived it will take time but consistency is the key..

Horrible experience of using this cream. Got rashes every tkne I tried to use it, standalone or layered with moisturiser. I bought it as I had consistently used Aziderm and wanted to try a new formulation. This experiment backfired badly and I have thrown away the tube after 3 days because I cannot risk hurting my skin any further. It was not gentle on my skin and gave me horrible burning rashes and redness that took 3-5 hours to calm down. There is sane reaction in hands and neck too. Aziderm is a much safer option.

I've used this before and it worked superbly back then for me. My next purchase was in 2025 and since then, I've tried several times using this second tube. Every time I so much as use it even for spot check, it burns. I'm using Trubiom by the same company and it also has azelaic acid, but it doesn't burn like this. I understand the concentration is higher in Azicalm, but given that I have used it before without any problems, that too when my skin was even more sensitive, I don't know why it's giving me trouble now. Reading other reviews, I feel like they've undergone a change in their formula. If you do buy it, please do a spot check before applying it to your face or you may end up with red, irritated skin like I had.

The solution kept burning my face without stopping so I just stopped using it. Apparently it’s not helping at all according to other reviews. I should’ve spent my money in more expensive but higher quality solutions instead. I want to return the product but I’ve already opened it
