Woodbridge Whirlpool Water Jetted Tub
We love this bathtub! It fits perfect in our master bathroom. This tub is excellent quality, has powerful water and air jets. The inline heater keeps the water warm as long as you have the water jets and lights on. We had the tub installed by contractors who were remodeling our bathroom. We also had a licensed electrician install the 3 separate electric lines to our electrical panel (recommended in the instructions by Woodbridge). Looks beautiful, no leaks, and well worth the money!

Fantastic Support and Quality Product
I bought a Whirlpool tub in March, but due to construction delays, we were only able to install it recently. When the plumbers checked the tub, they found that the water wasn’t staying full due to a drain leak. I contacted customer service, and they responded promptly, asking how I would like to resolve the issue. Their team was very helpful and kept in touch throughout the process. I was impressed with their fast response and support. The rest of the process went smoothly, and we’ve now installed the whirlpool. So far, the tub works great, and we’re really enjoying it. It’s reassuring to know that the company stands behind its product with excellent customer support. I plan to follow up in a year to see how the tub holds up in the long term, but for now, I just want to highlight how outstanding their customer service really makes a difference.

Nice tub.
Bathroom looks amazing with this tub. Easy to install as there is a lot of room under it for the electrical plugins and the plumbing is flexible tubing, so it fits easily. One thing I didn’t like, the fittings are all cheap plastic and all leaked. I had to silicone each fitting and rubber washer to keep it from leaking at the drain fittings. For the price, simple quality washers and metal end fittings would have been expected. The wife loves the air and jets! Nice tub. It’s $250 cheaper on the manufacturer website as of 9/1/18. FYI.

Small but mighty! Pros & Cons
IMPORTANT UPDATES: After a few uses, we’re finding there are some things one should definitely be aware of before purchasing: 1. The center drain is a big deal. Read on to find out why. 2. There is an automatic lock feature for the controls. 3. The heating function only works if the jets are on. And even then, doesn’t keep the water hot. 4. The floor of the tub is raised several inches to accommodate the motor workings. It can be deceiving to gauge how far the drop is when exiting the tub. It is nearly impossible to adjust oneself without popping open the drain. If you start your bath by sitting up so your feet & legs are submerged, then decide to lower yourself so more of your upper body is submerged, you will inevitably pop open the drain. This happened to me. I didn’t realize that the water was draining until the jets began to spray water at my face & outside the tub. I instinctively tried to cut the power to stop the jets, however I was unable to turn it off because unbeknownst to me, the controls had automatically locked. My immediate reaction was to sit up so I could see the control panel. This in turn, caused the water level to drop dramatically, which in turn caused the jets to spray even more water at my face & further across the room. I sunk back lower into the tub to raise the water level until I somehow was able to cut the power. I felt like I was in a slapstick comedy act! It wasn’t funny, or relaxing. Now I find myself constantly checking the drain to make sure it is still closed if I move even slightly. We are still mostly happy with the purchase, but it was quite the learning curve. In hindsight, we would’ve paid to have the drain moved to the side. I highly recommend learning exactly how the controls work before taking a bath. You might just save yourself some frustration & avoid mopping up a big mess! First review: This is a wonderful, high-quality tub. It is rather small, but we had no choice due to the size of the space it sits in. The jets are adjustable, and at full strength will splash water out of the tub! My husband likes the color light feature. It’s not my thing so I’m glad they can be turned off. The center drain is a bit awkward as it’s easy to accidentally open it, but again it’s just something worth being aware of. If we had known this, we probably would have had the drain moved. Installation was simple & straightforward. It was a bit challenging for us as we put it in an alcove, but if you’ve got room to move around, then it shouldn’t be difficult. Getting the drain kit that our plumber recommended was brilliant! Customer service is an email away & quick to respond. Very pleased with our purchase!

a nice hot tub. Was easy set up ourselves.
This is our portable hot tub now. We had to make some adjustments to get the power (rv park pole) but after finding a 50 amp to 3 15 amp splitter and 12 gauge cords. We have used it 4 times and everything functioned great. 145 pounds, one piece. 2 people makes it easy as for size.

Worth the money!!
This was for a bathroom renovation. The hot tub arrived on time. It functions as described and the heater is a really good and keeps the water hot. The lights are very relaxing and the tub is very comfortable. The air bubbles and whirpool jets work very conviniently and has different strength setting.I love it so much i am going to get another one for my tub and also got the woodridge smart toilet with voice control

Quality tubs
I just took delivery of a BJ100 tub to be installed in a new addition to our home. This is the second Woodbridge tub we’ve bought in the last several months. The first one was an alcove tub. I have to say that they make a quality product and we are very pleased with the alcove tub. I especially like the aluminum under structure that includes adjustable legs. We haven’t installed the BJ100 yet as we are still completing the addition. However, the build quality and appearance is great.
