I have had this for now nearly 10 months and two out of 4 of the units stopped working. After 4 months it started to get dimmer and dimmer and than I thought it was due to shorter days but rest of them are working as it should do..

the lights look cool when they work, but the majority of the time they simply dont. Ive found them to be very intermittent in their operation, often somehow requiring it to be turned off and then on again. Its not really fun to have to dig them up every night to reset them. Its a shame as they do look great.

I bought a pack of 4 lights, only 3 worked on arrival. 3 have been working well through winter and summer. The weak winter sun results in a weak evening light, which inevitable but means the lights are not particularly useful. 8 months later and another light has failed. Wouldn't buy again.

Great buy for the garden. They are real glass and easy to use. Though there are no instructions provided but the item description on here tells you what to do. The on off position can be confusing. When you turn it on the button does a small click when turning it off there is a longer click. Just turn on charge and when it becomes dark they work. As in the description they are atmospheric and they do the job. I will be buying more.

We have had umpteen solar garden lights, some last longer than others, but like everything in this ephemeral world, eventually they all expire. So it seemed a good time to get some replacements and indeed it was. These are apparently fashioned from glass and look quite attractive even in daylight. But once darkness falls they illuminate automatically and glow merrily, with a slightly yellow ish hue. It should go without saying, but I will say it anyway: these lights are solar powered, so if they are not illuminated by the sun (however feeble) for most of the day, they won't light up for long. Even in the UK in the depressing grey depths of winter, a few hours exposure has them glowing for several hours. When you first get them, take them somewhere dark ish and press the button underneath until they illuminate, now they are switched on (obviously). Then place them somewhere sunny and then just enjoy their welcoming glow every evening.

UPDATE: One of the lights, which was a bit temperamental from the outset gave up the ghost this summer. I contacted the seller who very kindly replaced the item for me. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I have received. Many thanks CRTWMAN! These lights are lovely, and excellent quality. I'm really pleased with them. When I received them I couldn't determine whether they were switched on or off due to the design of the switch, I contacted the seller who was extremely helpful.

Rubbish. Only bought them last year and only one works now. Didn't last long at all. Don't waste your money!

This item arrived safe and well packaged. These are 4x very well built, square glass bricks. Inside each brick is a solar powered light. These charge up well in the day, switch on perfectly at dusk and light for many hours through the night. I've buried these in the gravel which surrounds the path to my front door. They look incredibly high quality and very contemporary! To be honest, they would look fabulous anywhere, not just in the garden!! I highly recommend this product.

Ho comprato questo tipo di luci 2 anni fa da un venditore in Inghilterra e ne sono rimasta molto contenta. Quest’anno volevo comprarne ancora ma il venditore non le vendeva più. Ho trovato queste che mi sembravano uguali e ne ho ordinato 5 pacchi da 4. Ahimè, che delusione. Solo due rimangono accese. Le altre di spengono dopo qualche minuto - se le spengo e le riaccendo rifunzionano, ma sempre per pochissimo tempo. Sono terribilmente delusa. Non comprerò mai più da questo venditore.

J'adore ces petites lampes mais malheureusement juste 2 sur 4 fonctionnent. C'est bien dommage !
