This is the first paring knife I bought in 40 Years! That’s right - I was gifted this brand as a wedding gift it was the best and sad to say I think it got tossed out accidentally in kitchen clean up so I had to get another one so glad they are still available. German made - high quality

Great feel in the handle
This is a great pairing knife. The handle is perfect to hold, feels great even when wet. Blade seems to be sharp and cuts smooth.

Perfectly fits in your hand, comfortable to use, sharp, and does the job. Easy to sharpen, ans only needs and occasional wood oil to keep the handle pristine

Huge handle
For a paring knife, this has a huge handle. Absolutely sharp enough, but I don't think it is very egonimic, especially in smaller hands.

Not worth the price
Really poor quality for the price!! Wooden handle is rough and not even varnished. . Will stick to an established English brand next time. . Knife is sharpe 👍
