This massager feels heavy at first but it is effective at getting to the knots in neck and back muscles. The heat option is also helpful. I have a stiff neck but use of this made it easier for me to turn my head. At Black Friday price I am very happy with it.

Been using this practically every day for about 3 weeks and haven't had any issues so far with it. I chose this one over others because it looked well made, and it is. Took a while to get used to it like any new products, but it's very simple to use. The handles gives extra support and you are able to position it where you want. I find the convenience of using it when I want, encourages me to use it. I also took out 2 year warranty for approximately £3 which gives me peace of mind. Definitely recommend, if like me, you suffer from neck and shoulder pain.

this has saved me many times! ive had since the beginning of december 2024, its now 2nd of feb 2025 and although it aint been long, it still works perfectly. the massage works great, you’ve just got to position yourself in the way you want to get it perfectly. which can be a bit hard sometimes but its worth the effort! i’ve even massaged my lower back with this and its helped lol. the massager is a tad heavy but it helps with the positioning if im gonna be honest. you can pull the straps easily. the heat setting works nicely. i always have it on when i use it, its great. all in all, i would 100% recommend this massager. good value for money.

Excellent value for money massager

I bought these for my mother and my father for Christmas. I tested them before given their presents and I found them to be very strong. I’m a muscular guy and it was almost painful yet after a while it does feel nice to a degree, but I know for older people it would be too strong. I asked my mother to try it before she accepted the gift. She agreed it was too strong and almost painful my dad said the same it’s almost like you have a super muscular man strangling you around your neck.

I previously had one similar to this, it lasted me years and really helped, I bought this as a replacement as I couldn't find the previous one I had but was very disappointed with this one, this is not effective at all and hasn't provided any pain relief. I keep trying to give it a chance but it doesn't help, with the few times I have used it there is already pull in the material covering the massager pieces (circled yellow in the photo). This is what eventually happened with my last one - after YEARS of use but ultimately was why I needed a replacement. It really needs more of the outside material where I have circled red in the photo to be able to hold it into place when using it as when you try and place it it just slips sideways when you turn it on, you cannot control where it massages unless you hold the top of it which restricts where you can use it (not on your own back). To use this on your back you put your hands through the holes of the arm pieces, the harder you press it on yourself the more pressure it massages you with but like I said, it just ends up slipping to its side whether you prefer less pressure or more. This was a waste of money unfortunately, I would advise spending a bit more on one, looking out for what I have said about more material on the outside to be able to guide it where you want.

I’ve used this a few times and conclude that that how you use it makes a difference. Pull the loops hard and the massager will be robust in its work. Ease the pull and the impact can be more gentle. I'm pleased with the device which seems to be well made and effective.

Great massager. You can make it as strong or limited as you like by pulling taught on the loops or for a more gentle message position where you want it, pop a pillow behind the massager and lean into the pillow without holding the loops.

It takes out my knots really well. I start my naps with it on my legs, back, neck whichever and its great! The only con is it auto turns off after a number of minutes something like 15 min wish it didnt do that as it takes me out of my relaxing state

Ottimo, ce l’ho da un anno quasi. Funziona solo attaccato alla corrente, fa una pausa di qualche secondo tra il senso di rotazione ad un altro, infatti quando si ferma ti chiedi “che succede?” 😄 Scalda bene (non scotta, ma diventa bello caldo) e in poco tempo. Si può scegliere la velocità della rotazione e così facendo può risultare più delicato! Anche per mani e piedi è piacevole. Piace anche alla mia bambina! Ne acquisto un altro per mia sorella! Consiglio assolutamente l’acquisto.
