The product came without one of the small lids. It stopped working after 2 weeks it has been in use (total usage was 6 times for 20 min )

Great for my salon.

While it has its merits, it's not particularly large, and it produces an overwhelming amount of steam, which unfortunately leads to excessive coughing.

Really good quality

This mask has 7 light sources (blue, cyan, calcium supplemented light, green, yellow, red, purple) each light colour has been developed into scientifically different wavelengths through technology to improve various facial problems. 7 colours of light sources meet your skin needs. You can use it on your face, neck, hands and legs. This mask feels nice to use and it is easy to set up. Hopefully with consistent use I will see good results.

Unfortunately I used it once and the second time I went to use it, it no longer worked. If I knew it was a 30 day return policy I definitely wouldn’t of purchased.

I just bought this product, the only thing I'm worried about say, need the FDA cleared or FDA approval by Medical Device Safety, and this machine doesn't have this, I'm' concern now, maybe I should contact Amazon, or just get my refund and return this product, it could be damage more your skin if is not authorized by medical safety, .

I’ve just received and opened this and I’m so disappointed. Inadequate instructions.. a booklet with explanation for on/off etc but absolutely no details or advice as to spray, how to set it up, what to use, where to put it, which colour to use, what different colours are for????? Not impressed.

Received the LED facial device I ordered, but I noticed the following issues: • The product and packaging do not carry a CE mark, which is required for sale and use within the EU. • No user manual or safety instructions were included. Without CE marking and proper documentation, the device cannot legally be sold and used in the EU market. Returned today in post office. And now have to wait so long for refund. That is so frustrating and makes me very anxious.
