Pro-Vitamin Essence, Daily Repair Mist, Weightless Leave-On Treatment Strengthens & Rebuilds Damaged Hair, Reduces Breakage, 2.5 Fl Oz

I’ve been using this and k18 together for a few months now and noticed a huge improvement in split ends. I use k18 once a week for the weekend everything shower, and the Pantene the other bar wash days during the week. It’s super light weight, never over applied or makes the bar heavy, and has a nice light scent. Spray and let it sit for a few minutes and then comb through. The reviews in not getting all of the product are correct I could get the last little bit from the bottom of the jar. The price is right. I use the Pantene vitamin essence and then a few minute later throw in a heat protectant/leave on conditioner. Works great. My hair is fine and it doesn’t feel greasy.

This product is advertised for damaged hair. My hair isn't damaged much (let's face it, we all have some damage), but it's very fine. I prefer to keep my hair long, and with it being fine, the ends tend to dry out. I also struggle with volume and tangles. I love Pantene products and my hair has been happiest since I've been consistently using Pantene Shampoos and Conditioners, so I was excited to try this product. The first thing I noticed was how beautifully packaged this product is. It's very appealing and feels luxurious to hold. The scent came next. I was WORRIED about this. I'm sensitive to smells and usually something that advertises "coconut" still overdoes it with the artificial coconut fragrance, which is awful. I hate it and it gives me a headache. I steer clear of "tropical breeze" perfumes. This product, however, has a light, realistic coconut aroma. It smells like a tropical breeze should - light, fresh, and a little warm. I have been told by strangers that I smell good when I walk by, even when I'm not wearing other perfumed products. I mentioned that I'm concerned with dry ends, volume, and tangles when it comes to my hair. This product does a great job of moisturizing my ends without weighing down my hair. This is a thin line I walk with my hair texture. A lot of leave-in products have me looking like I just crawled out of a bog. With this, I don't have to sacrifice style for moisture. My hair has been much more manageable as well. I don't have to comb it as frequently, and it's just plain softer. I have already purchased a second bottle and I hope to keep this in my hair care routine.

Does smooth out hair well, does not add softness but makes hair manageable. Smells pleasant enough

I have fine wavy hair, but a lot of it & it’s always a struggle to find products that help my hair feel smoother and less frizzy while also not weighing it down or making it feel gummy or oily. On top of that I have very sensitive & acne prone skin so it is nearly impossible to find products I love. I also don’t usually write reviews but for my wavy hair people- you need this, get it. This works best for me on towel dried hair & when I spray it into my hands and scrunch all over. It doesn’t have hold to it but it helps make things less tangly and more smoothed out. My hair dries shiny and soft, plus it smells great. The only downside is the bottle is slippery when it’s wet since it’s glass, but I don’t even care because the product is so good. Pantene please keep making this, it’s awesome.

Scent: Like what many of the other reviews indicated, this has a nice warm coconut smell when you first spritz it onto your hair but I personally don't get much floral notes. After a few hours, I notice a pleasant/light musky scent (maybe this is the sandalwood) with very little coconut in the background. Maybe this product smells differently on others, depending on your skin chemistry. I have no complaints on the smell itself. I usually apply this to damp towel dried hair in the evening and I can still smell the product on myself the next day, so it seems the scent does have some lasting power. Treatment: I didn't notice a huge difference in my hair after using it a few weeks. The mist itself is light and didn't weigh down my hair but I'm questioning if this really does have an impact on my hair health. Misc: It comes in a medium sized glass bottle with a wide plastic cap. Overall, it is a nice product to have but not a must. I find myself using this as more of a hair perfume with hair treatment properties.

This product has been helping me with breakage and I absolutely love it! My hair has gotten stronger since I started using this in December. It helps reduce frizz and it detangles my thick, curly hair well. As someone who’s tender headed, that can be challenging and painful. The scent of the mist nice and subtle. It has become a staple of my hair care routine!
