As others have said, wasn’t expecting this brush to be anything that special at the price, and didn’t know the product company. Made in China as are most products these days, so that wasn’t an issue.But so far very impressed. Much better than my straightening wand. Almost instant shine and smoothness. I have naturally wavy hair, fine, and goes frizzy in rain or humidity. So quick to use all over on my just below shoulder length hair.No instruction booklet, but there’s only an on off button and plus or minus temp. I found 210 is right for me.You can go online to see usage although I haven’t yet, but only thing I’m not sure about is if you can use a styling product with a heat protection before using. Didn’t on this occasion, and it doesn’t feel like it’s damaging hair because of the way the hair moves through the bristles.Nice box and red velvet bag if needing to take it away with you. Useful glove as protection for hand holding hair. No worry about it burning skin, as the brush and bristles are shaped in a slight curve that keeps them away from scalp, which is a nice feature.My hair is fine so I don’t need to section it much but for anyone with thick hair you would have to section in fairly fine amounts as the brush bristles are quite short so won’t take a thick piece of hair easily, I think this is due to protection of skin from burning.Overall impressed so far, but can’t comment on durability as only had it a couple of days. Seems well made, and not heavy to hold.Also it rained the day I used it but hair stayed silky and straight just a bit of frizz on fringe, so happy with that.Getting an A+ from me so far!Had brush straightener nearly a year and still going strong! No problems so far, although I have found it better on a higher temp, and I’ve used it with a thickening mousse in my hair and it’s fine, so can be used with product in hair as far as I can tell, but check with product first obviously.

This hair straightener is actually very good and does the job well. Not only does it heat up fast, also the protection around the edges and the base of the comb protects scalp and ears and helps to use the comb freely when working it through your hair. I strongly recommend it.

I was in the market for a styling brush, considering I've had my original straighteners for about 20 years and my hair could now really benefit from slightly softer "intervention". I saw this reccommended and took a punt.The brush arrived in a cellophane sealed box, good start, and the outside was embossed with the words " Landot - Make you more charming". See pic. Well, there's no instructions and I'm not clear how the item, its red velvet storage bag, clips, cleaning brush or single glove included will make me MORE charming. I was puzzled and slightly miffed. I mean, could I just get my hair done more easily but without the charming bit? I solved it however: turns out this item is that good I wasn't forced to use harsh words about the product and colour this review ugly, which is arguably of itself more charming.On a serious note, the brush heats up fast and was easy to use. I didn't feel comfortable trying the glove as a head resistant tool, looked like a regular glove. I let loose on a 3-day old blowdry and had revitalised, grown-up hair in no time. Didn't burn myself either, bonus.

After stumbling across a more expensive one of these on Instagram, and seeing amazing results I thought I’d have a look on Amazon. I liked the idea, but wondered if it would be one of these gimmicky things so I decided to get one that was low-cost so all wasn’t lost if it didn’t work out. I’ve been using GHD‘s for years which are great but not if you’re in a rush because the key really is taking small sections and taking your time. These days , I just don’t have the luxury of time so I’ve been using them less and less.On arrival I wanted to test the brush immediately on my unbrushed, unwashed hair (which is fairly fine mid length for reference.) In literally a couple of minutes, my hair was transformed from something I wouldn’t walk outside the house in, to glossy slick, great looking hair. And this is on here that needs washing. Imagine what it’s going to be like on my clean hair!Needless to say, I’m impressed, and I’ll be using this from now on and goodbye, GHD’s. That was £29 well spent. If you’re thinking about buying something that’s really expensive I would encourage you to save your money and buy this one. The brush is big and meaty, I can see why people say it works really well works really well on very thick hair. The packaging is really good, the instructions and everything else that it comes with are really well presented and the safety signs on the cable are very reassuring.11th of April 2024Review updateI thought I’d update you as I’ve been using this for a few weeks now.I do, in fact, still sometimes use my GHD‘s when I want really really sleek hair. I use this brush when I want a little bit more body in my hair I’m still very glad I bought it. It’s a great tool to have in your Arsenal of Hair stuff!

I would recommend, my mom loves this brand a lot so she got for my sister a new one, has been using it for a long time now and I can say it is definitely worth buying.

This is just right for my shorter bob style Easy to use. Quick heat up time. Just what I’ve been looking for.

So easy to use, tames my wild curly hair and takes way less time than a regular straightener. Great product! I have really long, thick and wavy hair and it only takes 5 minutes to straighten it with this, regular straightener usually takes me two hours to do.

I am really happy with this purchase. You can get frizz-free straight hair and it's easy to use. It heats up really well, and temperature is adjustable. The size is also travel-friendly.

I have only used this once so far but it was enough to leave me in shock and awe lol. My hair is pretty thick and long, so when this brush left my hair straight in more or less 20 mins, my jaw dropped. For the price, it's definitely worth it. I used it at 410° for reference and parted my hair into 4 sections. I'm sure if I'd done it in smaller sections it would've looked even better but the fact I was in a hurry and it still looked good is a plus for me. If you're looking for pin-straight hair with perfect roots and ends then you'll have to whip out a flat iron to touch it up, but if you want a quick styler this will get the job done.
