My old smart watch had died, so I wanted a replacement, but not something expensive. There were lots of options on Amazon, but I kept coming back to looking at this one, the main reason being the price point and the other being Samsung.The positives for me the all the tracking features, which include sleep, heart rate, stress and blood oxygen. You can also track snoring if you keep your phone next to you. I find the fitness tracker to be really good as well, especially with swimming, it can count your lengths, and you can set the pool length to give you an accurate timing, it also tracks which stroke you are using. It does so with auto detection as well, although I tend to set it manually to the exercise I am doing at the time. In some of the activities, it also uploads to Strava if you have it. Battery-wise wise I get 4 to 5 days, this is with constant tracking of everything switched on and tracking gym and swimming for about 4 -5 hours a week.There is no GPS or onboard storage, which does not bother me. Call alerts, SMS and WhatsApp alerts all come through.There is the Samsung Wearables app to set the watch up and then the Samsung Health App to track all the fitness stuff, this may seem a little daft, but both work well.For less than £40 it is a little gem, and best of all it tells the time as well

It's a good price for what it is but it needs improvement. It is a decent tool to keep track of casual exercise, the amount of time spent doing it and your heart rate. However, I wouldn't recommend it for people wanting to use it more seriously, e.g., lengths for swimming. Yesterday, I went swimming and it hadn't counted my first two lengths so it looked like my first two lengths had taken over 3 minutes when I usually do 2 in 1.5ish. Annoying. Pleased I can use it in the water for at least 25 minutes though. I had visions of it breaking and not actually being water resistant but it is!

After opening package I couls see the device had a USB C cable so needed a charger for it with a usb c port!Trying to get it paired up was not too difficult, but there is plenty of youtube videos to help you. First day no data appeared but next morning it had steps and the day after sleep appeared, strangely must have got steps from Samsung phone as was not wearing the device due to low charge. The best aspect of the device is analysis and reccomendations to improve your steps and sleep. It is a quiet device which is a great change from the alert plauges on some trackers, Steps were 5-10% higher than fitbit sense but battery is much better on the fit3. Device needs a Samsung phone to get the fitness programs to work, so price has come down a lot since launch! I think it is good at 35 pounds and yes I have a Samsung phone to get the best connection and data. Light weight and unobtrusive the fit3 is easy to read and the battery level is displayed on home screen.

I've had a Samsung watch for a couple of years and battery life has got gradually worse. paid over 180 quid for that one so to see this one for the price that it is, I didn't even have to think about it! really quick set up, battery life is great and it actually feels allot more comfortable on my wrist. does exactly what my old watch did for allot less.

Looks great, lightweight, comfortable to wear. Loads of customisable options. (The only little negative thing I find with these types of products is the date format is always American and not British, with the month before the day, e.g: 04-06-2025 is April 6th rather than 4th June). Doesn't seem to take too long to charge. A decent variety of colourful (or plain) watch faces to choose from. The reaction time between phone and watch is pretty instant, which is useful. Overall happy. Oh, and it has a good inbuilt speaker which plays my Spotify :D
