When I purchased this device post-prostrate removal surgery, the recommended machine to iStim with was the Healthmate Forever Electronic Pulse Massager. The two wires from the iStim plug into the supply wire provided by the Healthmate Forever Electronic Pulse Massager. The Healthmate wire then has a single connection into the massager. I've used this multiple times over the past few months. I set the massager to the "hip" mode, then select one of the options for the massage. I usually select the "kneading" option. As of now, I'm using this once per week for about 15-minutes, but will start twice per week for 15-minutes each session. My urologist says to not use this device too much as there could be adverse effects. The idea is to provide another level of support for the kegel exercises.
