For the price the sound is amazing.

A very good deal.
I’m a retired CV surgeon and this item is constructed well and has excellent audio pickup. The size and length of the tubing promote maximum sound characteristics. There are two functioning diaphragms. Both work well, the larger for pressure and smaller for heart sounds if your into that. A value for $.

Poor product
I got this set for Nursing School. My cuff did not pop up. Could not hear anything out of my double tube stethoscope and then they told me they can’t return it. I’d have to contact the seller which I never got a hold of. Would not recommend this product.
