Just received this chair and it is way better quality than I was even expecting! It’s super comfortable and sturdy and as I was putting it together I can just tell that the chair was made from good quality material.. I love that it reclines backwards and that the seat locks when you need it too. Super excited for my clients to experience this chair 🥰

This salon chair is beautiful! Very easy to put together and has a very sleek look. Doesn’t look cheap at all. Also very comfortable for my clients. They often fall asleep in the chair lol. Comfy for heavier clients as well!

Really happy with this chair!!! Very comfortable, sturdy and looks super clean in the studio. The quality feels solid and clients love it. Definitely a great choice for barber or salon use.

I use this chair as a piercing chair and absolutely love it. It’s very sturdy but still light enough that I can transport it to off-site events without issue. Assembly was easy and it feels solid once set up. I do wish it went a little higher, but for the price it’s fantastic. The gold finish is a huge bonus — it’s surprisingly hard to find gold salon chairs and this one looks great.

Be very careful it’s not a really sturdy chair , it’s hella heavy though , the quality is good but I do have wider clients so I bought this in hopes to accommodate them. One of my heavier clients almost tipped out so I’m not sure about it being stable. It doesn’t make noise & it fit perfect in the studio

Very durable, comfy. I got this chair for doing my 4 year old’s hair at home. This was a good investment. She’s able to sleep while I braid.

Putting this chair together should not be hard. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. The biggest problem I experienced is the left arm rest is welded at an angle that is not the same 45 degrees as the right arm rest therefore pushing the back of the chair out of line over an inch. I unscrewed the left arm rest and was able to attach the backrest but even the backrest is not parallel with the bottom of the chair. On top of that the seat of the chair does not fit completely onto the base. To summerize each piece seems to be good quality, even the armrest it’s just welded wrong. This could be a very nice chair but the pieces do not fit together. I did try to reach out to the company through their online website support. I typed my message and waited with no reply. I have also sent an email with no reply. So customer service is a 0. Next is boxing it up and returning it. Ugh! UPDATE; the company took care of the issues and made things right. I raised the stars from 1 to 4 because once we got past the communication issues. They were very attentive to the problems and helpful.

So far so good, seems comfy for my guests. Foot rest seems to come loose, often. Keep an Allen wrench on hand. Love the detachable head rest.
