Even though I didn't really feel much of a difference (this is just four days after starting, so honestly too soon to tell), this is still a solid blend of circulation-friendly actives. Two actives that I have tried before and had amazing results is the nattokinase and citrus bergamont-this one is particularly potent in possibly regulating your blood pressure in a flash! But the effects are subtle, and for the most part I feel relaxed and comfortable while taking. Obviously talk to your doctor first about giving these a whirl, of course. Save a very strong earthy and grassy smell and taste, these cspsules are comfortable to take.

This supplement is top-of-the-line in quality and effect. I’m impressed by the ingredient profile and not at all surprised that this is a formula frequently sold in doctor’s offices. The price tag is high, but the ingredients are so complete that purchasing them separately wouldn’t be much less expensive. I’m grateful this supplement is vegetarian. When one opens the bottle, there is a savory smell, almost as if one is opening a bottle of bouillon. I’m sure part of this is the wasabi extract. For me, there is one effect worth noting: I am lactose intolerant, and this supplement causes me to burp and gives me a bit of indigestion. I’m guessing that this is due to the lactotripeptides, which make up around 40% of the formula. I’m not sure what is making me burp, as it could also be the wasabi, but I’m guessing the lactose is the culprit. That said, I WILL keep taking this excellent supplement, as the benefits of the ingredients far outweigh a few burps. I don’t know if I’ll order a second bottle, but I appreciate this high performance supplement very much.

The ingredients are mostly clinically studied, and include niacin, copper, wasabi extract, lactotripeptides, bergamot extract, curcumin, and nattokinase. Each of these ingredients have a lot of well documented health benefits - so it seems reasonable that the combination will work synergistically to boost cardiovascular health. I especially like the curcumin extract, as well as the wasabi extract and bergamot for cholesterol levels. Overall - it's a high quality cardiovascular support supplement. It's a little bit of a "kitchen sink" formulation, but the ingredients seem very good.

I wanted to like this, but I was off put by a couple things: the quality assurance/tamper seals on what I received were loose, and the bottle was dusty. The ingredients list seemed good, but the smell was really weird. I did not use them and disposed of the pills.
