HOSHANHO 3 Pieces Knife Set, Professional Japanese Kitchen Knife Set

I have had these for about a year and have found them excellent. I have some of the top brand knives but these are better and a fraction of the price. They keep an edge and sharpen easily (you don't have to keep using a special sharpener as you do with some of these top brand knives). A really good buy.

These knives are super sharp, and well balanced, a pleasure to use.

Very sharp and look beautiful though the ergonomics of the handles may not suit everyone. Take claims of “Japanese” with healthy pinch of salt. Many of these are knives which source steel from Japan but are still made in China/Far East and given a Japanese-style makeover. But it’s a very good set if you are not a purist.

Since I bought this knife, its been years now and I have not sharpened them since. It also depends on what you use it for but a kitchen knife is only used for kitchen. They are beauty to eyes, soft as you use and sharp as an eagle eye. I would recommend it to all.

Los mejores cuchillos que tengo. Cortan muy bien, llevo unas semanas de uso diario y siguen afilados, utilizo tabla de corte de madera.

El material de los Cuchillos se siente de excelente calidad, los cortes me salen más precisos, el filo está bastante bien, el cuchillo es fácil de manejar, se siente ligera la hoja, llegaron en buenas condiciones.

Sehr guter Hersteller, die Messer haben ein super Handling, sehen stylisch aus und erfüllen auch nach intensivem Nutzen und nicht schärfen, ihren Job.
