This is a very decent product for the price. Build quality is pretty nice, these are fairly light headphones and they don't give me any soreness even after hours of wearing them. Sound quality is great both for the audio of the headphones and the audio quality for the stock microphone included. You will see hear such a stark difference that will bring this closer to the expensive Sennheiser headsets.Cons:-Logitech SHOULD add BluVoice tot his and NOT just the G Pro X ( I am pretty salty about this as the blu voice tech is seriously just a special USB dongle and if logitech felt like it they could make the standard G Pro work with their Bluvoice adapter)-Rare volume fluctuations as reported from various friends throughout several hours of use, even when sensitivity and voice stabilization is configured. (might be an issue with certain sound drivers/sound chips on motherboards and windows it self, people haven't experience this same issue when I use the microphone in linux believe it or not) - Just thought this was an interesting note to includeAll in all, this is a fantastic price/quality type of product, I highly recommend it especially if you are looking at Razer, Steelseries etc...look no further, this is a WAY better product I PROMISE you. It's a "goldielocks" type of headset.

The G pro would be an ideal gift for a newbie for a gamer except for the instructions while connecting a single cable may seem simple at first(it is, but Logitech should expect customers to make obvious mistakes) seems to be unclear and has caused many griefs believing that the headset is broken or defective for example while it may seem like common sense that the cable connecting to the underhead of the headset would be the shorter side with the mic mute button ,however like I mentioned before I'm referring to the context of a newbie having this and I am a bit disappointed with Logitech with this one as for an 80 dollar mic you would expect a more detailed manual would have clear concise way so that anyone could understand and use for future reference. ( though I do not fault Logitech entirely for that)Now to the headphone part of the headset, the ability for the ends to swivel is a wonderful feature that allows wearing the headphones without using it very comfortable. The cushions for your ear are comfortable to wear and cover your whole ear making it a great way to block out the environment and my only complaint is that it retains the heat making your ears sweat after a few hours use, however definitely not a deal breaker and something that you expect.To start off the material quality is a bit underwhelming feels just a tidbit flimsy however just about unnoticeable unless you are looking for it and overall has a nice sturdy feel and a sturdy clamp on your head.The sound is ok, average among its competitors, however, it is lacking in bass which might make explosions feel a bit underwhelming however its amazing in fps as you can still point out the direction on where your enemy is while a grenade goes off nearby, on the other hand, the high and mids are great it can give your gaming music thats flat a whole new dimension.The mic is definitely above average and sounds amazing in which I do applaud Logitech (well done!) makes your voice clear and loud, however , the noise reduction is a lacking a bit but in a quiet room should be no problem at allThe extra cushions, 1-year warranty, and headset splitter are a very nice touch.Overall a definitive solid headset to buy for people that want to upgrade to something else while not forking over hundreds of dollars

Update: I noticed some hissing in recordings even when the mic is muted. I only hear the hissing when doing the recordings. I lowered my a review a star because of this. This likely could be solved with a usb sound card, and for the price of this mic, one should really be included.Update 2: For some reason I was able to fix the hissing by just applying noise suppression with realtek audio driver. I have no idea why this worked, as before I could hear the hissing even with the mic muted. However suddenly it stopped happening when the mic was muted, and only happened when the mic was live. This is when noise suppression fixed it. I don't know what to think. I don't know if this is a headset issue or something with my computer.The lower review score on amazon scared me away from these at first, but I purchased them after doing research on other sites, and I'm glad I did. In comparison to other headset mics, this mic is one of the best. I still wouldn't say it's as good as decent separate mic around the 50 dollar or higher price range, but compared to other headsets it's probably one of the best. I have a noisy room and it picks up no keyboard sounds. The noise canceling is just AMAZING. Has detachable mic and power cord, which are great features. The sound quality is good. I haven't listened to too many headsets to compare them, but I did try the hyper x cloud 2, and these sound better to me even though they have no usb sound card like those do. So far it's a pretty comfy headset. It's not memory foam so it doesn't feel as good as some right when you put them on, but for long wear sessions I don't notice any discomfort and it's right up there with the comfiest you can get for long sessions. PLUS the ear pieces are really wide which is a big bonus for me. No squished ears. I will update if I find any problems with comfort down the line. I got them used for around 62, and for that price they are excellent. For 80 bucks it's a tougher sell, and you might be better off buying separate headphones and a mic for that price. That will be up to you.

The product originally might be really good for you , but the product sold here is defective, covered in some weird sticky stuff, and whole left side doesn't work.

Love this headset. Been looking for a while for a good/cheap one and this fits every single check. The best of the best, amazing quality mic, and very comfortable. If you need a headset. Buy it now and stop wasting your time looking for anything else. My only thing is cord is too long cuz i play on ps4 so the cord gets in the way sometimes. But its more meant for a PC so the cord is needed. More if a personal problem than anything.
