The color is as pictured. Great quality and the air stayed on the balloons for a good amount of time. The happy birthday banner is not cheaply made. It was pretty easy to put together.

This was beautiful and was priced right. I loved the bright colors and was perfect for my Toy Story birthday party!

The balloons are great and such a cute variety. Also comes with plenty of them I wasn’t even close to using them all. The backdrop is darling but was shredding on all the sides. It was also very wrinkled and wasn’t a material I could iron like other backdrops I’ve used. Turned out great for our Toy Story party!

This was perfect for our Toy Story 4 Carnival themed birthday party. Everything was good quality & nicely packaged. The birthday banner is made of a heavy canvas like material & comes with the ribbon to hang it. If you want to get the creases out of the banner (because it's folded neatly in the package) I'd suggest taking it out & using a steamer for clothing. All the balloons were sturdy (only one popped while airing them up) & they held air for 3 days before we took them down. This was my first time making a balloon arch using balloon arch ribbon/garland. (I've heard it referenced as a few different names but overall it's the same- a roll of a thin plastic strip with holes evenly spaced for the balloon tips to go in & make the arch.) There are NO instructions with this kit, so if you've never made a balloon arch I'd suggest looking on YouTube (or the Internet) first, to get some pointers. It really is simple but you'll want some direction before starting. Best tips I found: #1 Don't over inflate the balloons or they won't stay in the plastic strip. #2 Switch directions every time you put a balloon tip in the plastic strip. (Insert the balloon tip from the left, the next one insert the balloon tip from the right, repeat.) This makes the arch appear fuller & your balloons are less likely to fall out of the strip. #3 Secure the finished balloon arch to the wall- it's not free standing. They provide ribbon for this but we found fishing line & rubber bands worked better.(You can also find videos online that show how to attach a balloon arch to the wall.) #4 Use the glue dots on the small balloons & fill in any gaps AFTER you've fully assembled the arch & have secured it to the wall/ceiling. The glue dots provided could stand to be a little stronger; they worked but about 3 hours into the party & some of the balloons we used glue dots on were falling down. I did buy "backup" glue dots from dollar tree & they were more durable & stickier. (That's the only thing in this kit that I could say something "negative" about.) The table cloth was nice & had a clear print, we ended up using it on a different table (not pictured) where people sat & ate rather than on the cake table. Everything was such good quality that we were able to wipe it down, fold it up & save it for another occasion...except for the latex balloons obviously those are a one time use. The foil balloons (stars & rocketship) were able to be deflated & packed away to use again though. This "Toy Story" kit is worth the cost, & the balloon arch really makes the party! ****Please be advised that NO licensed merchandise comes with this kit. It all looks identical to the Toy Story theme but nothing actually says Toy Story on it. There are not any character images, from any of the Toy Story movies, on any of the kit items. All Toy Story images you see in the photos I've included are party decorations that I made at home to elevate the theme.****

The #4 ballon and balloon arch were purchased separately from different sellers. The kit came with everything listed and was beautiful! I recommend buying a separate ballon pump. ( I got mine for less than $20) It makes a big difference. The colors were vibrant and the balloons were good quality. I only popped 2 or 3 and it was due to user error. Do not inflate these all the way otherwise you will not have any give in the ballon’s to tie them together. If it’s super hard to tie or you can’t squeeze the balloon a little without it popping it’s too inflated. We watched some videos on YouTube and got it up in about 3 hrs( would have probably been 1-2 hrs if we didn’t have to mind our littles). All in all I would purchase this again.
