Used it before exams, and it does a decent job of relaxing the nervousness and helps with focus. Has a bit of an aftertaste after consumption but it does fade quickly.

Good size, so easy to swallow with no after taste. I think they are good value for money compared to some of the others. The effectiveness of them is difficult to say on all the points that are claim for L-Theanine but they do help me relax in the evening after work and seem to help with my sleep quality. I don't wake up as much as normal. In terms of focus I have not noticed any change yet but I will see if that changes after taking them for a bit longer.

Good value for a large amount. Easy to swallow, no side effects noted. Calming effects noted so I'd say I'm happy with the performance. Seems good quality.

Never heard of ltheanine before but was recommended to me. I'm taking it with magnesium so I'm unsure which of the two is working for me or if it's the combination that makes it work but after a week of taking them, my symptoms have pretty much disappeared. It does what it says it does so that's why I have to give it 5 stars

day 1 took 1 tablet, 8 hrs later stomach cramps and then 12 hours later diahorrea.......day 2 took 1 tablet, stomach cramps and after meal stomach went into loud gurgling sounds, nausea ensued. had a BP spike, not sure if connected as this supplement is supposed to lower bp.....have stopped the supplement to let system settle and returned to valerian which seems to be kinder to my stomach.....very disappointed as chatgtp recommended this for my condition. will wait and try again later. I might just be different from others so cannot give advice, only experience.
