Too sweet
Normally I love Carte D'or ice cream. I admit I thought I was buying strawberry and vanilla ice cream, missed the New York cheesecake part of the name. I love New York Cheesecake but as an inspiration for this ice cream, it didn't work. I found the ice cream to be too sweet and sickly. I wish I had bought Carte D'or vanilla ice cream which was also available.

Where's the cheesecake flavour?
Doesn't taste like cheesecake at all. The strawberry or raspberry flavouring is too strong and overpowers everything. If that wasn't there then maybe it will be a decent creamy caramel flavour.
