Amazing,bought these a few times now. But i totally forgot to checj the strength!!!!! You only need ONE capsule a day!!! Its above any limits,as recommended max dose a day is 300mg. These ones contain 1200mg!!!!! So dont take more than one. They're great if you're feeling super bloated, help diarhea too.

I thought I was buying high strength activated charcoal. I should have read the description properly. Its suggested the serving is 4 capsules before eating. It also contains bulking agents, and anti caking agents with something I can't spell in the shell. Not sure if I'd purchase again
