Natoo Replacement Earpads for Sony MDR-10rbt, MDR-10rnc, MDR-10r Headphone Replacement Ear Pad/Ear Cushion/Ear Cups/Ear Cover/Earpads Repair Parts

The item is exactly what I needed to replace OEM pad that decayed over a year of daily use. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the retaining ring glued to original OEM cushion is glued into the earpad. The new pads do not have the retaining ring built in. Therefore you must remove it, wipe with rubbing alcohol to remove old glue & reseat it in the new pads to install back on the headphones. Be careful removing the old pads, I don't think said retaing ring is very sturdy, but with a guitar pick you might remove it easier. I was able to do it without tools though.

Fit well, easy to install (used a guitar pick to remove old ones). Received what expected. Thumbs up
