I am an active guy with a number of different hobbies. I bought these as my left hamstring has been tight while enjoying the things I do. I have worn them playing pickleball and mountain biking and not felt as sore as I was before wearing them doing the same activities. I highly recommend them for the money you'll spend on them!

The product strangles the torso and is loose around the groin which is what it was purchased for.

These fit no different than any other compression shorts or a pair of body shaping shorts. Tighter in the core area and really no compression in thigh/hip area. Waist comes up to high and rolls. Actually the only place with any real compression is the waist band and very uncomfortable. A card in package with vague information. More information product page. Very pricey for quality compared to similar brands and styles that wear and compress just as well.

Shorts do provide great compression to help with old injuries or preventing new ones. I wear these for biking, volleyball, soccer, basketball, gym work, and the occasional swim. Lol, yea, so thankfully this has helped with the lateral movements that often would end up with a muscle strain. Material is nice and thick and keeps things where you want them to stay. Runs a bit small but ordering larger means more material so it's a bit hard to get on, sometimes, especially if you get any water around it. Lol. It's pretty expensive for a pair of compression shorts.

It’s very stretchy with great compression and fits really nice for working out. Couldn’t tell which side was front and back until I noticed the size towards the middle on the inside. The waist part feels a little too long and tends to roll down when moving. They’re also easy to slide into since they’re so stretchy. Removing a star because there is no extra room in the front area for jr. which isn’t very comfortable.
