I've been using them for about a month and I've seen a huge difference in my butt and thighs. And you can't beat the price. They really give squats, leg lifts, etc. that extra umph to get you your desired results quicker. My only complaint is I'm a beginner and I'm already on the heavy band. The light really does nothing at all and I started at the medium and quickly moved up to the heavy. I like that they include an extra heavy but I think at the rate I'm going these will not be heavy enough.
