The main grip strength tool is really good, very easily adjustable, and seems to work well. The grip ball has enough resistance to improve grip, but it's actually a really good fidget item, i am constantly just playing with it the ring isn't so useful, and i didn't have much joy with the flexi fit finger stretcher. I did like the Pro finger hand exerciser, it was a very comfortable shape and seemed to work the fingers well enough, potentially a bit flimsy but hasn't broken yet The fact that it comes in a bag, and is a good price, on top of the fact that all the items appear to be decently durable for the most part would mean that i recommend this product

I bought this grip/hand set after being impressed by the quality of my FitBeast resistance band set. I know it all comes from China but at least FitBeast items appear to be good quality not the junk that I have sometimes received buying direct from the Chinese sites. I've never owned any of these items before so wanted to try an assortment at a good price. I'm an office working guy of average strength. I found the resistance of most of these tools about right but expect to outgrow most of them quickly (but noticed the finger tool is available to buy in in a range of other resistances). Still if they increase my strength to the point I don't need them then I guess they will have worked. For the main hand grip strengthened the range goes gradually from easy to very hard with me starting around the middle. My 7 year old son can nearly do the easy setting. I've seen from other reviews the spring might break eventually but it's got an Amazon warranty so I guess that's ok if it happens.

Great set, but tried the adjustable grip trainer on the highest tension and it snapped.

TLDR; Made rapid improvements to my daily life and I recommend this product to people who had wrist injuries or never trained their wrists/arms for a very very long time. I hardly exercise and I had a severe wrist injury which I healed from not too long ago I use the items in this to rehabilitate my wrists. After the first days of using it, my arms were really sore but that soon faded and I quickly managed to increase the difficulty on the main wrist/grip strengthener. I also noticed significant improvements in my day to day life a week in. For example, an easier time holding/gripping heavier objects and holding onto them for longer even if I have an unbalanced grip on it. Before I used to give in quickly and put it down/drop it depending on how heavy it was. Another improvement I noticed was when I squeezed anything my wrists tired out and got sore very quickly and I couldn't maintain the actions for longer than a minute before it started to hurt but thanks to this kit I can do it for much much longer. I can't comment on durability as I haven't had it for a long time but what I can say is this kit makes a real improvement in your daily lives especially if you had a wrist injury or never trained your wrists/arms.

Wow where do i begin, its strong plastic, its great for strengthening your hands, came with all stuff thats listed, really easy to use, if you have weak hands or want to strengthen them this is recommended, design is great, i havent adjusted it yet as it isnt required at the moment, its light, i have used it the last 2 days and already feel my hands getting stronger (Takes time as always but i have stopped dropping my phone as much now lol)
