A: Good question, There is no any tag, so I guess it's Chinese

A: Well, I had a nasty chainsaw accident to my hand, and after a lot of physiotherapy I was given the go ahead to use this hand gripper to strengthen my hand and it most definitely helped. You can adjust the pressure on gripper but I think your wife should check with your Gp first, Peter in Ireland.

**Q: What is the grip ring for?**
A: The ring will develop hand and finger strength. Put the ring in your palm and simply close your fingers around it. Squeeze and hold. The grip ring is 7cm diameter so fits easily in a pocket for use during the day.

The main grip strength tool is really good, very easily adjustable, and seems to work well. The grip ball has enough resistance to improve grip, but it's actually a really good fidget item, i am constantly just playing with itthe ring isn't so useful, and i didn't have much joy with the flexi fit finger stretcher.I did like the Pro finger hand exerciser, it was a very comfortable shape and seemed to work the fingers well enough, potentially a bit flimsy but hasn't broken yetThe fact that it comes in a bag, and is a good price, on top of the fact that all the items appear to be decently durable for the most part would mean that i recommend this product
