Too late to return, will be throwing them both out.Previous review: I bought the 36” one and liked it so much I bought the 21” one a month later. Both bags did their job, however the 21” one ripped a hole after one trip. The 36” one is huge, but if you don’t fill it taught, it can be checked (at least on Delta). The 21” one was a little smaller than I had expected - I was debating between 21” and 24”, and I probably would have preferred the 24”. All of the traps (including end straps on the smaller one) were fantastic for carrying, especially down train aisles, but I’m now worried about the hole, and not sure I can trust the bag on another trip. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This bag is awesome - huge and great strong quality! *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2019* This bag was perfect for so many things.
