This system has been working great for me so far. It was a very straightforward installation/setup process, and I had no issues getting all six sensors working right out of the box. I haven’t installed the repeater yet, but even with my farthest away axle/wheels being around 40’ away from the monitor while I’m towing, they seem to all be working fine, so I may not need to install the repeater at all which would be nice. When it is super sunny, as other reviews mentioned, it is fairly hard to see/read the screen. However, this doesn’t bother me too much since it’s completely readable whenever it’s not super sunny, and I know it will still sound the alarm/alert if there are any issues, so it’s not critical that I can easily see/read the specific tire pressures and temperatures all the time. This unit claims a max tire pressure of 87psi, but I’m guessing that is the max cold tire psi, since I’ve had it read pressures up to 91psi, so I was pleased to see that as well. After charging it via usb when I first opened it, I haven’t had to charge it again since then, so that would be nice if that little solar panel is able to keep it charged majority of the time!

The best TPMS I have installed, simple Installation, worked perfect-especially connection distance-did not need the repeater-installed on my tow car/42 ft motorhome. The monitor is small but very legible, neat sitting on my instrument panel.

A must have if you’re towing a camper or a trailer, it’s a great peace of mind knowing what you’re tire pressure is, I’ve had this for almost a year now and no issues, what don’t like is how it changes screens to the other tire pressures, I have another one on my spare tire and it’s constantly changing screens showing the spare tire pressure, you should just be able to press a button to show that pressure. The transponder helps out a lot as well!

Just came in the mail today so if it goes down hill from here I’ll update my review. I purchased the one with the repeater but didn’t have to install it because it’s reading accurately at 50 feet I verified the psi with two other gauges. It’s the perfect size and easy to read. The screen in the picture has no data that’s just because of my phone not the display.

There’s a lot to like here. The sensors are accurate Installation is easy The audible alarm is loud enough to hear outside the RV. It’s really sad the screen isn’t brighter. Way too dim. If this had a brighter screen an easy five stars

Tymate RV tire pressure monitoring system is a "must-have" for any RV owner. The system is highly reliable. The performance is impeccable. Great value for the money. The tire pressure alert is “piercingly” audible. Rightfully so. The unit is extremely easy to use. Setup / connectivity is as simple as screwing on a tire cap.

My main purpose in purchasing this is to ensure that i don't suddenly lose all pressure on a tire like it did on a trip a while ago. One of the inside tires on my dually axle RV lost pressure and i never knew it until I was checking pressure to go on another outing. So far, the monitor has eased my mind some. I am not impressed with the accuracy of the reported pressures though, Checking a tire independently with a known good gage, the sensor reported 93 PSI when the tire actually has 79 PSI. This can be disconcerting when driving because obviously i dont want to drive around with over pressure in a tire, although that within limits is better than underpressure. I will continue to monitor the pressure deviations. I have not had to use a repeater on my Class C RV so far. All 6 tires report. I'm going to investigate whether it will read a spare i have up under the chassis. I would have given it higher if the pressures reported were more accurate. the solar feature seems to be working just fine.
