Purchased this item on the advice of my NP for back and leg pain. Not only after three weeks of using this product were these issues lessened, but I found myself sleeping better at night. Who would guess that you could ever be deficient in magnesium and have an overall effect on your muscle and joints, aches and pains. I will never be without this magnesium supplement. I always try to purchase minimal ingredients with a high acceptable review. This product is the best. I understand why it is the overall purchase.

I use it to cut down on Charlie Horses.
I was using potassium supplements for muscle cramps. Someone suggested I try magnesium. I did and I'm a lot better off for it.
