The face of this machine is incredibly cheap and if you tighten the knobs, it begins to crack and eventually it breaks. Vevor is absolutely no help in a replacement part.

Great product highly recommend fit 1 gallon and one go 20 minutes and the ice cream is ready

Be careful with the brand
I would not recommend this product. The wash cycle never worked and after 2 batches of ice cream the stop button didn’t work either. I had to turn the machine off from the back.

Great for small ice cream business
Work as described. I use my own ice cream mix which is cream or milk base. Churns efficiently. Churn time depends on your base. For instance, for 2.2l, a high fat base takes about 10-12 minutes. Bought this for my small batch ice cream business.

Does what it’s supposed to
The bad; Very very heavy takes two people to lift Comes with zero instructions and I’ve yet to find any video in it. The wash cycle is more of a rinse cycle. You will have to take it apart and wash it..period. There is no speed control. The blade pops out as soon as you take the pins off I cut myself on it . Just snug the pins they do not need to be very tight. Have a LOT of rags and catch pans ready you ARE going to make a mess at first. The good: It’s a very simple machine once you get the procedure and recipe down. It DOES make silky smooth icecream and Gelato but you need a good recipe. I suggest a Sicilian gelato recipe. Takes practice good luck.

Don't work, and missing pieces
This doesn't work properly and missing some pieces. And they only give a return period of 1 month. 800+ usd went in waste And there's nothing positive they can say about it. Complete rubbish
