I am extremely happy with both the product and the customer support experience. When the chair arrived, I noticed that the left armrest was damaged internally. The rest of the chair was in perfect condition. Since I didn't want to go through the hassle of a return or exchange process, I contacted the seller's support team directly. They understood my concern immediately and, despite the return window still being open, offered to send replacement parts instead of asking me to replace the entire chair. A special mention goes to Vaishali from the support team. She was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on resolving the issue rather than simply following a standard process. She listened carefully to my concern, kept the communication clear, and ensured that everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. It's rare to come across customer service representatives who take such ownership of a customer's problem, and Vaishali did an outstanding job. To my surprise, within just 3 working days, the replacement package arrived. Even though I had reported an issue with only the left armrest, they sent both armrests, along with a complete set of screws, washers, Allen keys, a tightening wrench, and even a metal polish spray to address the minor scuffs on the chrome base. That level of attention to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. As for the chair itself, it is comfortable, sturdy, and feels well-built. It provides good support during long working hours and definitely offers excellent value for the price. The chair feels stable, the build quality is reassuring, and overall it is a great purchase for anyone looking for a reliable office chair without overspending. One suggestion for improvement: Adding multiple recline lock positions or adjustable recline angles would make this chair an absolute standout in its category. Overall, a fantastic purchase. Update: I escalated the issue to the support team. They have helped me by replacing the parts. For the rusting issue they have provided the paint which i applied myself (as its Do-It-Yourself arrangement) Which did not get apply perfectly. But overall i am happy with the support. I have changed my rating to 4 star. Thanks Worst product ever purchased on Amazon The product quality is below standards, it matches with local company product. Since its made in China so the quality is sub standard like most of the Chinese goods. These guys procuring from China and selling here in India. After using the product for 1 year i have identified following Cons: 1. Mesh is getting break due to the back side support plastic not properly finished. 2. Hand support is not working as button is not working due to the low standard quality of the button. 3. Chair back rest is not aligned properly with the chair so there is an alignment issue identified after using it. 4. Lumber/Back support is not comfortable for regular use. 5. Rusting has started coming on the metal piece which is holding wheels. 6 Seat cushion is pressed after one year of use. Pros: 1. Wheels are of fine quality working till now 2. Seat's comfort is ok

Excellent customer service. Back support of the chair started developing crack within few days but company provided Excellent service and dispatched the part immediately on our first conversation. They acknowledged that there was some quality issue and proactively monitored the delivery and replacement. Chair is good and value for money. Head rest is very comfortable.
