The chair is extremely comfortable and looks great as well. The build quality is impressive, and I’m really happy with the purchase. Since it’s a DIY product, I had to assemble it myself. Unfortunately, one of the Allen keys required for assembly was missing from the package. I contacted customer care, and I was genuinely impressed by how responsive and supportive they were. They offered to either reimburse me for purchasing an Allen key locally or courier one to me if I couldn’t find it nearby. Since the shops near my house only sold Allen key sets rather than individual keys, I contacted them again. They were completely fine with me purchasing the entire set and actually reimbursed me for the full amount. I have honestly never experienced customer support this helpful and customer-focused. Huge kudos to the team! 👏 I highly recommend this chair—not just for its comfort and build quality, but also for the excellent customer service. Definitely a great purchase!

After raising the issue, the company immediately created a support ticket and followed up with me on WhatsApp, which made the process very convenient. Within just 4 days, I received two replacement armrests, including one extra, along with the proper toolkit, screws, and an L-key required for installation. The quick response and proactive follow-up really impressed me. Overall, the chair offers very good value for money, and the company’s after-sales support is a big plus. Despite the initial issue with the armrest, the way the company handled it gave me confidence in their customer service. Recommended for home-office use and a good choice at this price range.

⭐ 1/5 — I regret buying this chair I am attaching photographs of the problems I have faced with this chair and the condition of the replacement parts I received. These pictures clearly show that this is not a minor complaint or an issue I am exaggerating. I purchased the Da URBAN® Merlion Office Chair on January 31, 2025, attracted by its features and especially the 3-year warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been terrible. The chair has had repeated mechanical failures, including: • Height adjustment failing repeatedly • Damaged and unstable wheels • Wheels coming loose • Welding around the wheel assembly coming apart • Wheels not sitting properly on the ground • Chair becoming unstable and rolling unevenly • Lumbar support alignment problems • Backrest not staying properly in position I have already raised warranty complaints before, and parts were replaced. But the problems continued. Eventually, I raised another warranty claim and clearly explained the complete situation with photos and videos. I even requested a complete replacement of the chair, because replacing one component after another was clearly not solving the problem. Then came the most unbelievable part. Even the warranty replacement arrived damaged. After waiting for the replacement, I received a package that was itself damaged, and the replacement parts were not even complete or properly usable. The wheelbase/wheel was damaged, including a broken wheel, while other required components were missing. I had already explained these exact problems to the company. So this is what I don't understand: How can a customer report a damaged wheel assembly, wait for warranty replacement, and then receive another damaged wheel assembly as the solution? The photographs attached to this review show the condition of the items I received. The customer service is equally frustrating. I am not saying that they completely ignore customers. They do respond. But responding is not the same as resolving a problem. Almost every time I contact them, I receive some variation of: “Sir, apologize for this issue you are facing again…” Then I am asked the same questions again. I have already explained the problem. I have already shared photographs. I have already shared videos. I have already spoken with their technician. I have already explained which parts are damaged. The entire history is already available in the conversation. Yet I keep getting asked the same things again instead of getting a proper solution. This has been going on for weeks. I have work and other commitments. I cannot keep making myself available repeatedly for the same issue that I have already documented and explained. This is what makes the 3-year warranty meaningless to me. A warranty should give the customer peace of mind. Instead, my experience has been: Product fails → warranty complaint → wait → replacement → replacement arrives damaged/incomplete → explain everything again → wait again → repeated apologies → repeated questions → still no proper resolution. At this point, this chair has cost me more than money. It has cost me time, frustration and peace of mind. I bought an office chair because I needed a reliable chair for my work. Instead, I have spent an unreasonable amount of time chasing the company for warranty support. My honest advice to potential buyers: DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR JUST BECAUSE IT SAYS “3 YEARS WARRANTY.” My personal experience has shown me that the warranty is not worth much if getting the actual problem resolved becomes this difficult. The chair may look good when you first receive it, and the specifications may look attractive on the product page. But based on my experience, I would rather spend my money on a different brand than go through this warranty nightmare again. This is not a review based on one small defect. This is after repeated failures, previous warranty service, another warranty claim, damaged replacement parts, missing components, repeated explanations and prolonged delays. Worst product experience I have had in this price category, and an even worse warranty experience. Waste of money. Waste of time. Waste of peace of mind. Bought the Da URBAN Merlion High Back Mesh Chair (Grey) about seven weeks ago. Comfortable enough for daily use, but a caster wheel broke under normal use. The tilt-lock is also a bit unconvincing , even when locked at 90°, the backrest doesn't feel firm when you lean into it; it gives slightly instead of holding solid. On the plus side, customer service was excellent — quick to respond and processed my warranty claim for the broken wheel without any hassle. Product quality: 2.5/5 Customer service: 5/5 Overall: 3.75/5 — good if something goes wrong, but the base build and lock firmness have room for improvement.

Great after-sales support from Da URBAN. The backrest frame on my Merlion office chair cracked within a couple of weeks of use, but when I raised a warranty claim the team responded quickly and shipped the replacement parts - full backrest including the mesh and headrest - within just 5 days. The support staff (Vaishali) was helpful throughout and also assured me that any future issues within the 3-year warranty period will be handled the same way. Really happy with how smoothly the whole process went. The chair itself is comfortable and good value, and knowing the warranty is genuinely honoured makes it an easy recommendation.

Seat has normal foam, which feels softer in one touch but when you with your full weight it completely compressed and your bum start paining from day one. And obviously it will not last more than 3 months. And in my case the armrest received faulty the adjustable mechanism not working. And last And most important thing the seat width is too small it's like for a child under thigh support is too small a normal can't sit normally. It looks premium by design by actually not serving the main purpose and comfort. If anyone want to go with premium looks, ease go ahead. But if need comfortable sitting, then sorry. Comfort 3/10 Seat quality 2/10 Fit and size 3/10 Headrest 2/10 Looks 8/10 Assembly 9/10 Feature 6/10
