Review: Functionality - Retaining Ball Lost - Won't Hold Balls - If you look closely at the picture of the ball hopper there are two little blue balls, one on each end of the flexible rods in the bottom of the basket. One of these balls came off and I lost it. Without that retaining ball the rod slips out of the basket and all the balls drop out the bottom. That missing ball makes the hopper almost useless. It was great the first few times I used it but I lost that ball probably on the fourth time I used the hopper. I wish Gamma would simply send me another ball with some directions on how to secure it so that it doesn't come off again.
