Works like it should, but they left my knees very itchy
Firstly, the straps work VERY well as intended and they're very comfortable! However, after maybe the second day of wearing them, my knees became very itchy. At first, I shrugged it off and figured that I just had to get used to the straps, but after about 4 weeks of wearing them, and scratching the heck out of my knees, they've developed a kind of rash. I'm not sure if it's the Silicone Massage Granules or the threading that weaves between them, but I've decided to stop wearing these and order a different set of straps. I will update in a few weeks as to my findings.UPDATE: After switching to a different brand and style of straps, my knees are no longer itchy and the rash has disappeared. NOTE: I'm not suggesting that these straps caused the rashes, but that they caused the itching, that led to me scratching the area, that more than likely caused the rashes.

These are great
I had to switch straps becuase I was starting to get a skin reaction with the other straps. Did not know that was happening and though maybe I needed to wash them more. But no the material the straps are made of is imortant. Something I did not know. I've used these straps for 2 months now, have not had a skin reaction and the straps are supportive. Not a huge fan of the velcro attachment but so far it has not torn off. So far so good.

pain free
These works great for arthritic knees. My knees would be painful after a short time walking or doing any exercises. The knee braces I bought before are irritating my skin (I have sensitive skin) and gettingslipping off, but these ones are not. The patella strap is fully adjustable, I like the massage dots and silicone gel strips which prevent falling off. The knee compression sleeve fits perfectly, it supports the whole knee. I wear the strap during workout and wear knee sleeve all day to calm my pain, they are small and flat enough to be worn under paints. I would like to buy another kit, so I can wear for both knees.

I like it (but I’m not a super athlete)
I have weak patella and IT band and do stretches daily. I use this for my revounder, treadmill and light jog and it seems to help. BE CAREFUL of the velcro strap. After over a year of daily use and weekly washing it is still very stiff and if you aren’t careful I believe you could cut yourself (think severe paper cut from edge of manila file folder type wound)But a good product and you get TWO

Great Kit, Excellent Support
My husband has weak ligament on his right knee, probably from too much running and walking. So I ordered this kit because it is thoughtful, including a knee compression sleeve and a patella strap. He loves both of them, very comfortable to wear all day, provides great support and compression, not irritate the skin and no slippage. He wears it for miles of running and no knee pain at all. The patella strap has silicone dots that can massage and stabilize your patella. The compression sleeve is sweat proof and not restrict your motions, you can bend your knees easily without compromising the compression. I would suggest buying a size smaller if you are in between the recommended size for a snug fit.

Amazing results!
When I ordered this product I was hoping for some small degree of knee support and elevation of pain but to my utter amazement from the first day that I strapped them on I’ve had almost zero knee pain. Wish I had had this product on a recent cruise I took, would’ve made trip so much more enjoyable. Great product, I highly recommend, I hope your experience will be likewise.

good for tracking patella
I'm using these for Patellar tracking disorder and its working well, my Primary MD recommended to wear both when exercising. Its a really nice product, nice materials easy to wear direct contact to the skin or on top of clothes

Cheap price and effective!
I use this to stabilize my bad knee at work. More comfortable than my previous one, easy to put on and does not rub or itch like my previous. Velcro is better also. Does the job of keeping my knee from getting out of sorts without being in the way like a full brace does.
