To mitigate this, I bought this cover. The design and usability is good, and it has done the job I got it for. However, within three or four days, the straps that tie the cover down broke away from the material. There is also now a rip in the material (this is within week/so). I drive a 2013 Mercedes CLS Shooting Brake (estate) and this cover fits pretty perfectly from end to end, with the elasticated ends tucking perfectly under the front and rear bumpers.I've then tied the cover (using the material attached for this purpose, to each alloy wheel, end result is a cover that has stayed in place for a couple of weeks now.
