Maybe a mental thing but I do seem to manage to drop off a lot quicker than I used to. Doesn't taste too bad. I do put some sugar in though shhh !

Very Effective Sleep Aid!
Finally a sleep tea that really works! This is my 2nd bag! I have always struggled with sleep (even ans a child) and it is my one and only menopause issue!
