Fissler Original-Profi Collection Stainless Steel11 Inch Frying Pan — Made in Germany, Novogrill® Searing Surface, Induction Ready, Oven Safe

I have other Fissler pans that are very easy to clean which is why I decided to splash out on this. Its incredible for cooking at high temperatures, so it should be at this price. The problem is the cleaning, its not as easy as i thought it would be but then again, its easier than my other frying pans. Plus, it returns to as clean as it was when I bought it, not many frying pans you can say that about.

This is indeed one of the best pans that have ever used. I am sure it will last for 50 years :)

This pan has quickly become a staple in my kitchen. It lends itself to any task involving browning meat, from chicken thighs to ribeyes. The evenness of heating has to be seen to be believed, with <10 degrees F difference between the center and edges based on my IR thermometer readings. The pyramidal grid texture seems to contribute a lot to the proliferation of oil during cooking, and I attribute some of the incredible edge-to-edge crusts I've gotten on steaks to that effect. Other benefits: Dishwasher safe (won't get the sharp wear of an unsealed clad pan), rivet-less. I had some concerns over the weight, and the sturdiness of the welds, but neither have been a problem. I weight-tested the handle upon receiving the pan, and I'm pretty sure that, if I were stronger, I could flip a whole turkey in this pan every day and never snap the welds. Overall, can't recommend this pan enough. Worth every penny.

contentísima con lo compra!!! No se como no las tengo desde hazme mas tiempo!! Es maravillosa… !!! La he estado usando sobre todo para hacer tortillas francesas.. aunque la compre para hacer tortillas de papas por el tamaño!! No se pegan nada!!! No se por que antes usaba antiadherentes!!! Son geniales!! El mango no quema y se limpian de maravillas… el secreto está en dejarlas calentar un poco mas antes de echar el huevo …. En resumen - no se pegan - el mango no quema - se limpian genial!! - la comida sabe mejor!! Toda la familia esta encantada!!! Se nota la calidad!!
