I seen this on TikTok and thought I’d give it a go, I’m not too sure if I’m super keen on this product if I’m completely honest. It leaves my skin feeling quite dry. It’s very waterproof though which is great if you’re outdoors a lot, I don’t think I’ll purchase again. Maybe suited better for younger skin.

Such good coverage while still feeling really lightweight so good for a full beat because when I use this all the other products I put on top (blush,contour) just melt into it !!

This is a good enough foundation for the price. I use this for working from home and it’s good for adding a bit of coverage but it does start coming off but not really noticeable when you’re on a Teams meeting!

I am guving this colour foundation a 1 star for the simple reason that i have a very light skin colour, i am pastey lol and i have ordered colour 05 which is my colour however its just awful the texture is thick and tar like, ive tried applying it with both hands and with brushes and it just doesnt apply to my face. After 7 times of washing ot off and reapply i finally got it on my face and when i applied the fit me translucent powder just gently applying it it actually smudged the foundation off a tiny bit near my eyes and as i attempted to patch it up it began taking more off. I have had colour 10 in the past and have unfortunately always had to use that one as the texture is miles better, however its 2 shades to dark, so i then have to apply a tan. For years i have always found that maybelline foumdation products in the lighter tones are a different texture and much more watery and very sticky compared to the same product in a darker tone. I ordered this colour as the old bottles are getting more difficult to order and this is the new design. I would not recommend the lighter shades as with simple touch throughout the day it smudges off. I tried different ways of applying and also used it with and without powder. With the powder it lasted around 3 hours before smudging completely off where my face mask sits on my nose, chin and cheeks, so i looked daft having patchy make up on, without the powder any touch caused it to come completely off. Now the darker shades they do last and are touch resistant however the lighter shades are not the same type of liquid. For the purpose of this review i purchased another daker shade bottle and compared the quality. Anything from shades 7 and up on the new bottles and anything from shade 10 and up on tbe old formula is great foundation anything below those shade is rubbish, sticky wet clammy feeling, rubs off easily, washes off with water alone, whereas the darker shades (from 7 above) you will need a good scubbing to get them off. So over view if your super pastey like me, then use a different foundation as this is not the one for us. Everyone else this is a good foundation.

This is quite thick liquid, gives full coverage and stays matte all day even holds up well in sweaty weather. The only issue is that because it is so great at setting it dries and sets too quickly and starts drying as you're trying to blend it which is really annoying as I am trying to blend at lightning speed and apparently I'm not quick enough. Other issue is it has squirted out of the pump forcefully and landed on my carpet so make sure you put the nozzle into your foundation brush or blender instead of aiming it. Overall a good foundation with great coverage and longevity.
