Much taller than i thought, but its great
It took a few days to adjust to the height of this toilet, but now we truly appreciate the height. It came very well packed, included everything and only took about 30 minutes to install. It has made a huge difference for my elderly uncle, and doesnt hurt the lower back as much a standard toilet.

DIY easy install. Great price.
Very nice product for a diy project. I used a new style rubber ring and not the wax included. Didn't use the seat attachment bolts that were included. Worked around and used different bolts. All in all, very nice product at a very good price. Because it sits higher you might need a longer supply line, I did.

this is more like a THRONE great
this toilet is exactly as it says it is.. TALL very tall. I had to get a stool for my feet, but that is just because it is as tall as promised.... flushes great, water saver,, I am well pleased...

Mine was supposed to come with a toilet seat 😢 I think we may have a difficult time finding a flapper valve 3 1/4 inch diameter. Says can be ordered by model number (not to be found) otherwise , it appears to be a nice toilet; however I haven’t yet installed it. 😀

A GREAT BUY!
Today my son installed our new high seat toilet. My Husband and I are both seniors. It is so much easier for us to sit and stand-up after we use the toilet. Thanks to who ever thought to raise the seat for us seniors.

A good toilet for a tall person
When one is tall, a standard 16 inch height toilet is annoying. The 21 inch height puts a tall person in a comfortable position. The toilet arrived in a well protected box. All the components were bagged and easy to find. The instructions were well written (a couple of typo's) and easy to follow. Once installed, flushing is complete - no leftovers. A well made toilet.

two months later..this is what happened
I loved this toilet and this high boy is the second I purchased from amazon's .As a person of a certain age the height is excellent and everything seemed fine until last night when the tank began to leak, all night I bailed the water as I could not let my bathroom flood but it did and my husband noticed the bolts were plastic with no rubber gasket which the first toilet had.The flow vale was not allowing adequate water into the tank and due to my curiosity I found the leak.Therefore it appeared to be the same but the manufacturer used faulty parts and since it is a hall bathroom it was hardly used.We had to take everything apart and redo all the inner flow valves, the flapper was fine but all bolts and dealing with its being unable to be supported by the bolts needs to be addressed.,as well as a night in my life where the water leak was endless till this morning.I DID FIND THE PHOTO OF THIS AND WANT TO CONTACT U TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER

Defective tank mechanism
The flapper mechanism is positioned too close to the tank wall causing the flapper to stay elevated after flushing. The tank then continues to run and fill, while the bowl itself does not completely empty. Had to pay a plumber to install, then remove and reinstall another brand as I couldn't wait for customer service support with no toilet. CS is now offering me only 50% refund for the defective product vs return or full refund.
