Do these tiles reduce noice at all?

Thanks for the interest! The Stratford tile is a decorative tile, and is not well suited to reduce sound or noises on it's own. Though it does have some ability to reduce noise, it's only about half that of a standard drop ceiling tile, so it will not be a good choice on it's own, when noise is an existing problem. Will this work on the Armstrong grid system

Can I use or glue these over my existing acoustic tiles to help with sound?

Hello and thanks for your interest in Ceilume! The Stratford tiles can only be installed in a suspended T-bar drop ceiling grid. They cannot be glued up over the top of existing ceiling tiles.
