I have used several brands of cocao powder and this one is excellent. Very smooth and according to information it is tested for heavy metals. Out of the 7 brands that I have tried I like this one. I use it in baked items. I also use several tablespoons in baked butternut squash. Making the vegetable a delicious dessert. I recommend this product

This is the Best Cacao Powder I have ever used. Easily Dissolves in my Coffee in the morning. I love that this is a natural way to get my magnesium and other minerals instead of taking pills or it. It has a Excellent Chocolate Flavor. This is so much better for my body that processed cocoa powder. You have to start out slowly until your stomach gets use to it. It can cause a little stomach upset to start out. I love that I can buy it in a big bag so it last a while. Give it a try I think you will be glad you did.

Not sweet and a bit crunchy. I enjoy these nibs in my chocolate brownies and in cookies too. I like the crunchy texture and the fact that I’m not eating sugar makes it even better.

È la prima volta che acquisto cacao crudo biologico. Ho deciso di fare una scelta salutare, essendo in post parto e avendo bisogno di assumere i micronutrienti che solo il cacao “crudo” e non eccessivamente processato contiene. Negli ultimi anni ho sempre consumato cacao alcalinizzato di altissima qualità, quindi sono abituata a un gusto particolarmente cioccolatoso e per nulla acido. Devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita da questo cacao, l’aroma è intenso e il gusto non è eccessivamente amaro o acido, rientra pienamente nel mio gusto personale. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo, sicuramente non è economico ma attualmente costa circa una decina di euro in più rispetto al cacao che si trova al supermercato (a parità di quantitativo), quindi direi che è giustificato dal fatto di essere biologico e controllato e che ne vale la pena per la qualità che ha. Per ora do cinque stelle, nella speranza che non irrancidisca prima della data di scadenza.
