This bag of cacao powder should last me a long time. The powder is well sifted, no clumps or anything that isn't cacao powder. It dissolves nicely in warm water/milk and with a little sweetener added has a nice chocolate flavor. The reason I bought this powder is because I read that cacao powder increases one's nitric oxide levels as much as beet juice does. This makes it an ideal choice for heart health.

Easy to mix when using warm water. I consume it using a shaker bottle, hot tap water, and have not had any issues mixing it. I have consumed a tablespoon every day for the last two weeks with no bad side effects. The taste is excellent, the smell is clean, and the texture is a fine powder that easily mixes in warm water. The natural fibers in the product have definitely improved my digestion without this being one of the intended uses I was wanting the product for. I normally have issues with resealable bags never wanting to reseal. This product's bag easily reseals and was one of the few products that actually opened the way it is supposed to. Very nice packaging.

This does come in a nice size package. I have read other comments about the sealability, but it works every time for me. It has a nice brown appearance and blends well in hot liquids. Taste is very good. I wish it were a darker color, but they say that the color varies depending on the harvest time of the year. I'll check it out on my next order of this product. Overall, not bad...

I have an older Nutra Bullet blender for blending a really good shake. Frozen bananas and strawberries cut into small chunks, they can be bought already cut and frozen, about a cup or more of whole milk, one scoop protein powder, one scoop Cacao powder, tablespoon of cinnamon and honey to taste. Blend until smooth. Oh my, that chocolate. "Ya gotta eat it witha spoon!" I'm 74 and have started to notice some muscle loss and started with protein powder, "boring taste," but have now worked up to this not only great tasting protein drink but for me is counteracting the muscle loss. The chocolate was a great addition.

Great value for a delicious healthy cocao powder that blends well. I have only made hot chocolate so far but love that I can use my date sugar and fresh milk. I hope to make my own healthy chocolate bars.

Italian Organic certification. 2 heaping teaspoons in a coffee cup with about 4 drops of Monk Fruit. 6 Carbs in Cacao per serving minus 5 grams of Fiber = 1 Carb. What I didn't realize before is that this has a full 700 mg of Potassium per serving. No Wonder it lowers blood pressure so much. Almost everyone in Potassium deficient...recommended daily is 4700 mg which is impossible to get.
