Coming from a background of sensitive ears (my conch took a year to heal), my ears haven’t suffered any pain or irritation from wearing this. It looks cute with all my other gold earrings, and it has a nice touch with the diamonds. The photo doesn’t show me wearing my front earrings because I’m too lazy to put them in for the photo. But I wanted to submit a review before I forget lol. All this to say: I’m thoroughly satisfied. I would recommend it.
