New Leaf Myo-Inositol Capsules with Folic Acid, B12 & Chromium

Pcos girlie with irregular periods for 15 years. I know the struggles too well. I’ve been taken this supplement for 3 months now and I’ve had 2 periods in a row after a year of no periods and a scan to confirm ovulation. I can’t say for certain these are the reason why but I am positive they’ve helped and my body is finally getting a hormonal balance of some type. This is my second order of these and I wanted to be sure they had a positive effect before ordering again. I come back to these for their ease of swallowing unlike some of the dry powder type pills. I’ve had no side effects or funny tastes/smells and I’m really impressed. If like me the world of hormones, fertility and pcos is found to be a minefield, I feel you whole heartedly but these have a positive influence on my body and I hope everyone taking them is experiencing the same thing. Great value, acceptable size and does what it needs to ✨

I randomly stopped having my period a couple years ago after having it every month for the last 10 years. I was told I have pcos and put on birth control pills which I was on for two years. I wanted to stop taking birth control to because of its long term effects and was recommended myo inositol by the pharmacist who had gone through a similar experience. I started taking these myo inositol tablets and within a month of taking them I got my period naturally after three years. And have had it every month since. I recommend this product to anyone who tells me they have irregular periods. It truly changed my life.

Stopped these capsules for a while, however I noticed a negative difference so started to take them again. I have more periods when taking these (I previously did not have a period for months/a year). I also feel like I have more energy. Good value for money. Capsules are not too hard to swallow either.

OMG, I honestly never leave reviews on Amazon for products I buy but this supplement is unbelievable. It has completely suppressed my appetite and I have no cravings at all. I constantly feel full and can’t eat more than one meal a day. I used to take Mounjaro before my pregnancy and this honestly gives me the same feeling in terms of appetite suppression and fullness. I also got my period which was an added bonus for me.

I've tried inositol for 3 years in total. I've never had a regular cycle in my life (I'm 32). Inositol has definitely affected my periods, from bleeding for most of the year to reducing the bleeding dramatically. I haven't noticed any change in weight loss, excess hair or fatigue. The only thing that has changed is my periods have dramatically reduced in terms of length and intensity of flow. So although it's not a cure for PCOS / PMOS, it does offer me some relief from my symptoms with PCOS / PMOS. Prices and pills vary, but this is the brand I've stuck with the longest.

Ordered 3 times now, not sure how effective they really are as I generally sleep well anyway. It's more for general mineral benefits and keeping topped up. Dosage of 3 capsules daily may not suit some as they are quite big to get down. May look for an alternative next time these run out.
